Overall the hotel is very good and convenient. Special thanks to Sayed from the concierge desk. He was really helpful and hardworking. He was able to get my lost luggage from the Mumbai airport, by contacting airport staff and airline staff and in the situation where nobody knew where my luggage was he was able to track it and get it to Ahmedabad within 2 days. Thank you for your hard work Sayed!

My mom and I recently traveled to India and thought it would be good to stay close to all the shopping and restaurants and picked ITC over Marriot. However, next time we will def pick Marriot > ITC.
1. The breakfast options were a lot better at Marriot than ITC. It was much larger space and lot of options that you could easily accomodate any of your cravings. ITC was much smaller.
2. The Staff and service overall, the fact that ITC is 2X-3X more expensive you would expect the service to be that much better but you would be wrong. The staff would not refill the coffee/ tea pack in the room enough times and would have to call everyday for more. When we inquired about getting a win bottle the staff asked me to 'google' the process in india. That is not an appropriate answer for a customer who has not visited india in over a decade and lot has changed.
3. Restaurant - We ended up going to the restaurant at the hotel as we thought it would safe and best choice but again not true. The Chicken dish we ordered was pink and not cooked properly! When entered into the restaurant there was no one at the front to greet us or take us to our table we walked all the way inside the restaurant where the waiter asked us where we would like to sit; that is such poor service for a perceived 5 star restaurant.
When I relayed my experience to the front deck manager there no action taken to make the rest of our stay enjoyable.
Overall, I would not stay here again.

I have stayed in multiple hotels in Ahmedabad. This is the most luxurious and nicest one by far. Great staff, great service, amazing rooms and good spa/dining facilities

This is an otherwise good hotel apart from a few things which tainted our experience. The positives are that the rooms are well decorated and spacious with good facilities. The food in the restaurants was first class.
We were frustrated, however, that there were some issues with our room that were not properly addressed. When showering our 2 year old child the water went from luke-warm to scaling hot, nearly burning them. We complained and they said they would fix it. But the issue of the water changing temperature was not solved during our 3 night stay, nor were we told the outcome of their work on it, nor did they offer to move us to a different room. We thought this was really poor service and not really acceptable. I received an email a day or so later but nothing was said in it other than words to the effect of “we will work on fixing this in the future”.
Also on our final day we asked for help contacting our airline for our upcoming flight as the airline’s website was not working. A member of staff kindly rang the airline on our behalf, but while waiting to be put through the concierge came and made them cancel the call. We found this member of staff to be unnecessarily argumentative and unhelpful — they insisted on a solution which we knew to be wrong. This encounter really marred our experience, and as a result I doubt we will return to this hotel in the future.

Newly opened in 2022 it’s a large and well designed property. Clean and quiet and well apppointed rooms. Staff still learning a few things.

The interior of the hotel is just amazing. I really loved the breakfast buffet. The service was awesome too. All and all must visit hotel in ahmedabad
