From the moment of checking in to checking out, the staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. They allowed me to check in early by 3 hours and late by 2 hours. They have beach chairs and towels available at the desk to walk across the street to the beach. Right in the heart of south beach the location can’t be beat!

Well what can I say, reception were always on hand if I had any questions, especially when I had a few problems with my key card!!!! Ring was clean tidy comfortable, great shower with really good pressure which is important for me. I chase the hotel because of where it is situated literally one minute walk from the beach and with all the nightlife you would want right on your doorstep, yes okay it can be a little bit noisy but what do you expect for this location if that’s what you’re after.
I can recommend the restaurant too.

Everything was great. I even made two reservations, and they let me just leave my stuff n in the room, check out, and check in again. This is my favorite spot to stay in South Beach. However, there is some wear and tear starting to show. The carpet in the room had a lot of stains by the door, and it was sticky. We also found a baby cockroach. It wasn’t to concerning, as we know from living in Florida and Georgia our whole lives that roaches are a normal part of life, but you would rather not have them, ya know? Anyway, enjoy your stay!!!

We loved the spacious junior suite. Extremely comfortable bed. Only negative was that the room was not as cool as it should have been, but staff was very accomodating with the willingness to change rooms or provide a fan. Our stay was wonderful.

Pretty good all round for a comparatively inexpensive hotel room. Nice front patio for food and drinks. The included breakfast is at a different hotel a few blocks to the south, and was decent.
Check in was decidedly not good. The clerk was rude and tried to scam us into paying an additional amount saying the room had not been paid for, which it had been, in full, in advance.

My room was dated. I really expected more. To get to my room I had to go through a garden area and an ice parlor, which was really weird. The elevator was dated and iffy. My sister stayed in a different part of the hotel and couldn't believe what this part of the hotel consisted of. The restaurant had really good food and the location is awesome.

I wanted to thank her when I checked out, but unfortunately she was not working that day. The only downside was the pool. It doesn’t seem like it has ever been cleaned. You see the residue around the pool, like a dirty tub. It’s obvious they dont clean it. That was the only downer for the stay
