An 8 night stay part of a longer trip.

Hotel itself is ok, can tell its old property renovated because the room was renovated but toilet was old. Room size is very acceptable within this price range, above standard compare to Toyoko Inn/Apa. Location is good, got all you need around with 2mins walk to Nipponbashi Station/15mins walk to Namba Station/5mins walk to Kuromon Market if you still wanna go there. Only downside is the hotel staff was not very helpful, I ask for a restaurant confirmation and they said they can’t help. Check in by machine and they will not allow anyone check in before 3pm as the machine will be off, which created a very chaotic scene every 3pm.

I honestly do not remember much of anything in Osaka as it was just a blur, oh yes, it was right across from the Dontoburi night market!!! This facility had endless supplies of amenities and i loved the shampoo and conditioner in the room it made my hair so soft and tameless! Staff is friendly but be forewarned do not i repeat do not use the laundry machines as it took over 2 hours to waah and dry and even after drying for 3 hours clothes remained damp! I had to hang dry majorly of clothes in the room. I had a cargo pant ans sweather which I ended up taking to the front desk and asked they dry it for me. Room is very tight and barely any space to get around. There is no area for habging out but in the lobby, but the lobby is very busy! This is a very lively and noisy area, but clean hotel rooms.

Really helpful & kind staffs at the front desk. The room is just usual Japanese business hotel type of a room. Highly recommend!

I can only give this place 2 stars! While the staff are helpful, the rooms are in dire need of renovation and proper cleaning. Carpets and walls are stained, washroo ceiling corners are filled with mold and room-service cleaning wasn’t that good. The good is that check-in and check-out process are smooth and hotel location is close to everything. Next time I would book somehwere further though.

Location was amazing. The only complaint is the laundry service only had 3 machines and each load was tiny and not dried even after 2 hours. Also does not offer drinking water.
