The rooms are dated and dark in lighting. Showers are narrow. Carpet in hallway was stained in places. Not Hilton quality.

Unfortunately our stay was delayed a day due to a family medical emergency. We ended up in a handicapp room, which we did not need, so our shower was 3’x3’, little vanity space.. What if someone else needed that rm, just like I never use handicap parking spots. Bed was horrific, very uncomfortable & thought it was break as it creaked & cracked every time we moved.. Felt like I was 80 years old after a night of no sleep, I’m 48. Some sort of “hellspawn” birds were above our room on the roof we could hear the entire time. I know that’s nature & not really controllable. Our only “special requests” was to have extra pillows; we put that under special instructions upon reserving room & mentioned it again upon checking in. I had to call front desk shortly before 8pm to get them. Lastly, talked to front desks, Franklin, abt issues & he wanted to talk the next morning to make it “right”, conveniently he was gone at 6:30am when we went down for breakfast. We tried Hilton to upgrade from Marriott, boy did we make a mistake.

After an allegedly cleaned room, I later found a party under my bad which consisted of a stash of empty bottles and a used condom. What does it tell you about cleaning services there?

We frequently lodge here in Cary. Check in was challenging w/ room readiness Desk Staff responded quickly and relocated an alternate room. Thank you all.

This was one of the nicest chain hotels I have stayed in. My disappointment was with check-in and accessibility. Let's start woth check-in. We arrived to the hotel before check-in time to let them know we were in the area. We left to eat and came back at check-in time, which is 3 pm. We had to wait another hour and a half for our room to be cleaned. We were comped breakfast for the next morning after prompting for compensation sonce we had to wait on them. Also, I use a walker. When we finally get to our room, I cannot open the door because it is too heavy for me to push open with my walker. Luckily I wasn't traveling alone, but I shouldn't need an able-bodied person to open an "accessible" room. The room appeared clean and tidy. Nothing special. The bathroom did have a roll-in shower as we requested. The bathroom flooring outside of the shower was slick when wet. Basically from an accessibility stand point, this room tried but did not meet expectations for a safe trip. Thank goodness I do not travel alone.

I was in room 414 we had issues with bad squeaking every move we made the bed made noise … worst experience I had with Hilton Hardly no sleep
