It’s a beautiful property but there were several things that was a let down. We paid for an upgraded room, but the phone in our room did not work. We complained every day but no response. The entertainment staff was great but overall, Service was very poor, Especially in the dining areas, the restaurants were average and all advertised incorrectly. Mediterranean really did have any Mediterranean food just pasta and pizzas. The Vietnamese restaurant was more Chinese. The DJs played the same songs three days in a row. The pool is very accessible for two days of our stay, which was not prior to our booking and upgrading the room.

I absolutely loved staying at this hotel! I live in Las Vegas, the home of hotels and costumers service and, yet, the way the staff at this hotel treats you is unlike anything I've ever experienced. It's as if they read your mind and let you not have to think for as long as you're there. I ordered an expresso 2 mornings in a row at breakfast and the 3 morning the person just brought my expresso to the table without having to even say anything. That's not something they "have to do" but they are just really good at remembering, not only your needs, but your likes. I stayed for 8 days and I truly feel like I left with new friends. People like Rebeca, Jose, Wilson, Isidro, Carlos, Roberto, Kennedy, Luisito, the manager at the restaurant that is next to the breakfast buffet and so many others that I'm leaving out made me feel cared for and the environment was very spa-like. What is not to like? I told my nail artist who has gone to Punta Cana and she said that she did not have as good as an experience and that she has not heard that from any of her costumers either.

Came here for my elderly moms birthday. The entertainment team made you feel so welcomed and always tried ensure everyone was having a good time. The dining staff was so kind and patient with my little Spanish. The amenities were great as well, they offer so much to do on the resort and off. Overall would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay for some quiet time. The vibe and energy is very melo. However we were not happy with the staff. They were not welcoming . We were looking forward to that Dominican hospitality and good vibes . We did not experience that at all during our stay. However the premise is impecable the food was good . We had a great time .

The staff was very friendly and professional

The property was beautiful, the restaurant were lacking and selection and quality. I’ve never been to an inclusive where they did not have food available in between meal times. There were no snacks available or any food options in between the designated hours for lunch dinner and breakfast.

Party of eight stayed at this property. Everyone was pleasantly surprised by the service the cleanliness restaurants and rooms. Absolutely beautiful would definitely go again we stayed in the adults side. There is a family side which we did not venture out to, but would highly recommend!

August its brutal weather specially at nite..not too much ventilation at the hotel areas. Not too much entertainment at night .Excursions are overpriced and really not what they offer.. Now Food and services THE BEST!, very clean hotel, beautiful pool and hotel in general.. Mostly Very happy and helpful staff. Ill come back again maybe in the spring or winter ♥️💙

Wonderful resort with healthy food options. Mosaico buffet is excellent. The Level was not worth the hype. Was disappointed the bicycles weren’t available but otherwise we had an amazing time!

Concierge Alejandro, Estrella, Jose and Edwin are off the scale truly AWESOME and handled everything. Waiters Juan, Ronny, Andy are an asset to the Resort. I will return soon whenever I require rest and relaxation.

We had an amazing time! Took our daughter as a graduation present. It was perfect, relaxing for my husband and I and great night life for my daughter and her friend. Definitely worth to upgrade to the level and wellness room (includes a daily spa treatment. Will be back!

Although we had a great time at this resort, the check-in was the worst we have ever had. The front desk staff seemed very unorganized and there would be 3 staff helping 1 couple check in while the check in line kept growing. They seemed very unprepared for their guests even though they knew when we were coming. I will admit that there were 10 in our party, but like I said, they knew we were coming and just seemed like they didn't know what they were doing.
