Bloc is clean, convenient, easy to check in and out, and really great value for money if you have an early flight and want somewhere to put your head the night before. I have stayed here multiple times and will do so again for any future flights.

Bloc is easy and convenient when flying from Gatwick South as you literally walk out and turn left and you are in departures. I find it is clean &. comfortable & the staff friendly & welcoming. On this occasion I had a leaky shower so the bathroom floor was wet & the overhead shower head needed cleaning as some of the water jets sprayed in the wrong direction but overall an excellent stay.

Very basic. Wont be staying again. The shower and toilet are in one cubicle, meaning the floor and toilet stayed wet all night. Tea and coffee are not provided in the room. Had to go down in lift, to a coffee/tea machine.

Convient place before a flight

I wouldn’t recommend to anyone claustrophobic. The room is fine for a quick few hours sleep before your flight. We arrived after 11pm and left at 5am for our flight. The bed was comfy but compact. Not loads of room for suitcases, I saw that some people left their cases outside their room, probably cause they are small. The bathroom was tiny, more of a wet room style bathroom which I wasn’t aware of. The reception staff were lovely and gave us bottled water. The only big benefit of this hotel, is it is right next to departures security, so we could go straight to security when we left our room. I would stay here again if I’m only staying for a few hours in the hotel.

The room was fantastic, and check in very easy - once I’d found the hotel! Signage at the airport doesn’t tell you that you need to go up one floor. But I really liked the actual room, the controls for everything by the bed, and the wet room. And I very much appreciated the upgrade!
