The stay was enjoyable although we were with family at their home most of the time, It was only a place tio crash at night time, However, they could not find my reservation and therefore did NOT honor the price quoted to me. I told them I had called the day before and made sure my reservation was in fact there, and I even called the number I had called and it rang at YOUR front desk. The girl who answered the phone said I was registered and there no worries. They asked me who I talked to but I did not get her name but will in the future. I have been in the customer service industry and I know there are ways too check on an employee's performance when it is such a critical issue. Your employees were nice but not helpful and I know their hands were tied as far as they could do something. I was told the manager was off for the weekend BUT there has to be someone who is in charge when they are out. It seems to me that NO ONE was taking responsibility! The service was good but the checkin was horrible! Because we had to be some place, we checked in and paid the price quoted!

The property was clean breakfast great, area convenient, however pool was clise due to chemical cleaning wondering why it was not done at night when pool was closed, also not room service i had to ask for towels and trash bags

Just a quick one night stay for me but this place was great. Easy access to the highway and pleanty of good food options near by.

The smell was really bad, after inquiring we found out it was an irrigation issue. Floors in room were dirty. No microwave as noted, but were provided one after asking for it. Overall stay was just ok. I feel like the previous years stay was way better.
