Overall a good stay, couple of maintenance issues, the switch to operate the lights at the bed one didn't work, so had to get out of bed to turn off the lights, storage bin was broken and held shut with string and the grout in the shower area was very dirty.

Lovely hotel, staff were all kind and helpful. Spacious and clean rooms. Toiletries available were amazing. The choice of breakfast was great too.
The icing on the cake, for us was the free car park and it’s only a 12 minute walk to the city centre.

What an incredible B & B! The room was lovely and big, the bed was so comfortable, the staff was lovely and the breakfast was so delicious. We can’t wait to come back.

Lovely stay. Accommodation to a high standard, very comfortable. Air con was great. Breakfast was delicious and good selection. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.
Would happily recommend and would definitely stay again :)

We arrived early and Bella invited us to check in early which was very much appreciated. Lovely room with a view and amazing breakfast. Parking was a bit tight but no complaints.

The staff are great, the property was well laid out.
