Great hotel, centrally located. The staff team were all friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and comfortable. The surrounding area is busy so not a location if you want quiet.

All good except the shower which was poorly designed. It is a tub-shower combination and once the shower is activated there is no changing the water temperature. Service attentive and friendly. Breakfast was very good. Bar on terrace was a nice addition.

Very proffessional and kind staff. I would definitely reccomend to anyone staying in Granada. They have provided the best service and helped us a lot. The location is excelente as the Alhambra can be seen and it is very close by walking. We will definitely come back. Thank you to the whole team.

We had a really rough start finding but parking garage, but the staff was incredibly helpful with assisting us to the correct location. We cannot say enough about the front desk workers. They all went above and beyond. The hotel itself was beautiful and in a great location. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Grenada.

Absolutely super hotel with the BEST rooftop view of Granada that includes the Alhambra and the cathedral.
Breakfast was delicious and generous with choice.
The room was wonderfully clean and comfortable, full size good quality products in bathrooms.

Super friendly staff from the beginning to the end, thanks! Any problem was solved, like changing to another room due to the noise from the street. Highly recommended. And the view from the terrace, just great!

The hotel staff parked our car at the San Agustin parking, which made it even easier for us.
The staff was the epitome of kindness, helpfulness, courtesy, and thoughtfulness.
