Property in prime position for amenities. Excellent breakfast

room is ok, location is good. no wifi, no TV.

Great time Rob was really accomodating beforehand and has done all he can to make the building covid safe. I did find the takeout breakfast style slightly overpriced, had I realised the total format (takeout cardboard cases not plates for example) I might have chosen the no breakfast option. The room was great, fabulous view, lively Weymouth photos on walls of stairs. A good time, thank you

Excellent location right on the sea front at the quieter end of town but close enough to walk into town. To get to the beach simply cross the road. We went whilst there was distancing rules in place and Rob and his family managed to cope very well with the changes that he had to make. All in all excellent stay and very good value for money for August.

Staff & Breakfast excellent. The decor is dated and shabby, tired and tatty towels, bathroom cleanliness average.

Really friendly staff, lovely bedroom and bed, great location just off the main part of the beachfront (so a bit quieter - head straight across the street for a swim). Lovely breakfast! The only downside was that the WiFi did not work at all while we were there.

Selection of breakfast menu first class and cooked fresh.Room on the cramped side (room 4).Terrific family feel to the service.

Great room and location, good breakfast but internet slow and kept tripping out, water pressure in the shower poor and the temperature kept changing, room lighting not suitable for reading.

Very nice and friendly Rob makes you feel very welcome when u arrive and the breakfast is lovely

On arrival we were greeted by a nice chap (Rob) who instantly made us feel welcome. Its lovely clean and well run with minimal noise. Cracking breakfast we have 2 young daughters and they had so much choice they loved it. Overall ..perfect thank you Esplanade.

Only advantage is sea front . You can not call it a 4hotel as there is no manned reception, breakfast served as per order but only two stafff who tend to forget what you have ordered.we have to wait half a hour then remind Ed her to get our breakfast. They did not change bedsheets, towel etc next day Room is small . Electric kettle was broken from the top Lastly the car park is at the backside of the hotel which you can not reach directly you have to go all around the front to walk. Actually the hotel is ok if you r paying less We had paid around 105 per night which is not worth the money
