Trip was amazing, food and stay was great. Rodny was an amazing butler who went up and beyond with helping us. Melky also helped us getting us anything we needed for the room and was great and friendly.

The rooms were nice but the air wouldn't get to the beds unfortunately, so sleeping the firsttwo nights were rough, but our butler fixed that by bringing us a fan and that litterally saved our trips! The food was okay, nothing amazing despite having more restaurants than any other resort we've stayed at. The views were nice though, we easily reached 15k steps every day because we would love to just take walks despite not walking much back home, the views were breathtaking. It also felt like the staff was really reliant on tips even though when you book a package it clearly says tips included, so i did feel pretty uncomfortable with the stares as i didn't bring much considering the trip was expensive like 3k expensive. They did have carts available to take you around though if you'd rather not walk in their beautiful community. The minifridge was not restocked daily, i had to ASK our butler on the 3rd day about that and they restocked it for us. The amenities in the bathroom were not restocked at all. All in all, it was a decent 1st time experience to enjoy the views, but not amazing resort experience unfortunately.

Everything was excellent

1) Cleaness: Ants were found all over inside the room, over the furniture, beds, sink. I used my own bug spray to kill it. I complained two times regarding the ants in the room, but no one reply back or resolve the issue. 2) Food: When we arrived, most of Ar la Carte restaurant were fully booked. Flies were on the foods in buffet restaurants. Eventually, I got food poisoning. 3) Hotel Tour?: Butler, who named Carlos told us that the hotel will provide a hotel tour next day we arrived. We said "Yes for hotel tour since this resort is huge. It was not a hotel tour. It was a beginning of sales for travel member. This sales man even joined our breakfast. We never expected anything like this in five star resort. They supposed to ask straightly/clearly to the people at first if they are interested in travel member program. This property is huge combined with four resorts and trees and beach are beautiful and well maintained, but not for food, rooms, services. I even upgraded room from garden view to Junior Suite and paid extra $160 for 4 nights. I feel that I wasted money for dirty room.
