Great apartment in a nice neighborhood with a canal view. Well worth the money.

This was our second stay at Cà dei Nomboli -- we were there eight years ago and were happy to see it was still available and still as lovely. Great location near Campo San Polo and beautiful canal view. Quiet (for the most part) neighborhood. The apartment is bright and sunny, beautifully decorated in a restful color scheme. Waking up in the serene bedroom with the canal view is a special memory of our time in Venice. There were a few issues and questions after our check-in that required communication with Views on Venice, but all issues were dealt with, questions answered, plumbing fixed, in a quick and courteous way. (Although the person who greeted us on arrival and checked us in was friendly and knowledgeable and efficient, we felt that there was some information that might have been made more clear.) We appreciated having our return water taxi reservation made for us so easily. Recommend this apartment!

The apartment was perfect for our family of 5. It has a great view over the canal, is kept very well, has plently of space, and is within walking distance of all that Venice has to offer. San Toma vaporetto stop is close by, as is a supermarket and plently of nice restaurants.

Our third time here. Excellent apartment. Would definitely recommend. The sofas need replacing.

We had a wonderful stay in Venice, in this beautiful spacious apartment, with a very professional management company. We were greeted by Matteo on arrival, who showed us around the apartment and answered any questions we had, plus provided us with restaurant recommendations, as our daughter is Celiac and cannot eat food with gluten. Elisa kindly arranged a water taxi both ways, so we were dropped off and picked up, right near our the apartment – great! The apartment is very beautiful and exceptionally clean. The location is perfect. The host and staff help to make your stay perfect. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time in Venice! Our family of four (two teenage girls) fit very comfortably in the apartment. It was nice to have a second bathroom! The communication, check in process, and location were all terrific. Elisa even arranged a water taxi for us both ways, which I very much appreciated. We would highly recommend this apartment!

Die Wohnung ist sehr angenehm eingerichtet. Besonders schön sind die Schlafzimmer und auch die Badezimmer. Sehr geschmackvoll. Die Heizung hat wunderbar funktioniert Das Apartment liegt im 1. Stock, ist sehr hell und freundlich und liegt perfekt. Die Einrichtung bietet wirklich alles, von der fahrbaren Einkaufstasche bis hin zu Babyutensilien. Toll. Schwierig empfanden wir das mit der Müllentsorgung. Das wäre eine andere Lösung wirklich von Vorteil.

The accommodations were fabulous, location was exceptional with easy access to all the great sites and restaurants that Venice has to offer. What set this VRBO apart was the extraordinary support and guidance that their concierge named Mateo provided. From assisting us with reservations for our inbound water taxi, meeting us at the dock and walking us to the VRBO, providing guidance on restaurants and sites and finally arranging an outbound water taxi on a Sunday was above and beyond. Yes the apartment was exceptional, however , the added attention and support made this a truly special trip for all of us .

Our family of five enjoyed this apartment. The booking was easy. The communication with the manager was great. The apartment was clean and beautiful. I like the location - as it was near the things we wanted to do. Nice to have laundry facilities downstairs. I would highly recommend!

This was a very easy process. The host was very helpful and quick to respond. They organized a water taxi for us which was super helpful.

This 2 bedroom/bath apartment was perfect for our stay during Carnivale. The apartment has been recently renovated with all new modern conveniences. My friends and I enjoyed the views of the canal and bridge. We all concurred the beds were comfortable. Convenient easy walking to all attractions. Close water taxi station. Quaint shops, restaurants and cafes within 1-2 minute walking. Would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends.

We enjoyed the Villa very much. The upstairs neighbor was just wonderful when we had a concern with the main door. Located close to everything and the Gondolas even park under the window so you have a great view of all the happenings :-) Ask for the private taxi ride to bring you to your Villa and if you are flying out it is even a better wat to say your last good bye to Venice

Nice stay. Canal views from 1 Bedroom and living room. Nice cotton bedding. Small kitchen but equipped with everything we needed. Very clean, nice sparkling bathrooms.

This was the perfect apartment for us. Although we were only two (two expected companions had to cancel at the last minute), this lovely apartment was perfectly situated in the San Polo sestiere, making access to the entire city and its many landmarks quite easy. The apartment was spotless, and very comfortable. I’d highly recommend it!

Top Lage, super Grundriss, genügend Geschirr, Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine eine Etage tiefer, bequeme Sitzgelegenheit beim Essen , Blick aus dem Fenster, Top Betten und Kopfkissen. Die Wohnung liegt ruhig, obwohl es von den nächtlichen Heimkehrer im Quartier manchmal kurze Störungen gibt. auch wenn wir nur kurz mal den TV benutzten, Bedienungsanleitung bzw.auch andere Sender, konnten nur italienische finden.

A bit loud as drunk people walked home late at night or due to nearby construction in the mornings, but you know to expect things like that when booking in the center city.

The apartment was beautiful and very clean. It has lovely views of a small canal and a small bridge. It is quiet, but steps away from plenty of shops and restaurants. It is an easy walk to a Vaporetto stop and the Rialto Bridge, with plenty of shops and restaurants along the way. The only thing I didn't realize ahead of time was that the washer and dryer are not in the apartment itself, but are located in a separate locked room down a flight of stairs near the building entrance (just a minute away). For us, it was not a big deal for a couple of small loads of laundry. There was also some occasional motor boat noise coming from the canal in the morning but it did not bother us at all. We would definitely stay here again!

Appartement rénové avec beaucoup de goût, plan parfait pour famille de 4 personnes ou 2 couples (chambres situées à l'opposé avec leur salle de bains), très confort et nombreux rangements. Vue agréable sur un canal, à proximité de tout : superette, boulangerie, restaurants, et à 10 mn à pieds du Rialto ou de San Marco. Un plateau et un dessous de plat seraient bienvenus.

No heat before October 15, 5 days without heat. We used extra blankets. Otherwise, this was in a great area, easy to get to, on a beautiful canal, can walk easily to all attractions. If you are American, it took us 7 days to get an appt for nasal swab for flight back. No pharmacies had any appointments, neither did the hospital. All govt sites in Italian, hard to navigate their apps! Marta from VOV helped us out at the last minute and saved our departure, thank her so much!! The apartment is beautiful and clean! Uncrowded Venice, all to ourselves!

Appartamento tenuto bene, pulito e arredato con gusto. Vista canale molto piacevole! Siamo stati benissimo!!! Sciocchezze: mancava una lampadina all’abat jour della prima camera. Le lenzuola del letto matrimoniale della seconda camera corte in larghezza si rischia di finire sul coprimaterasso.

The apartment was really comfortable (great beds in 'equal' bedrooms, sofas etc) and with everything on one floor it made it very easy to live in. It was also extremely warm - a great treat in January! The location is excellent for getting around, restaurants and the local sites (Frari, San Rocco etc). We would definitely stay again.

The flat was everything we expected and more. The location was great with easy access to all of Venice. Would highly recommend!
