Large room. Efficient shower

No one on reception when I arrived. No one to take bag to room . No one in dining room when I arrived. All a bit drab. Disappointing

Good location right inside Da Lat night market, but property is old and breakfast is mediocre.

Old hotel with dirty carpet (remember carpet is very rare in Vietnam so there is no deep cleaning). There is a stain on my matress which I can see through flat sheet. There is also a small mosquito stain on the blanket but it is okay for a one night stay.

We like the location where we can walk for a few minutes to reach the Dalat Market every day. There is a restaurant right next to the hotel for lunch or dinner or we can buy ready made food from the market. Tons of fruits and vegetables if you prefer to cook your meals. Only a few minutes from Ho Xuan Huong lake, very pleasant walk. Staff members are super friendly and helpful, we love viewing the Night maket from our glass enclosed balcony. Our room ( twin bed) is large enough for visits from local family members.

Some hot food items from breakfast buffet were only lukewarm when we got there at 7:30am. Kids were sometimes running wild in the dining room. The hotel needs to post a policy regarding this so staff didn't have to stick their necks out to tell the parents to control their kids' behavior. Night market noises/music ran until around midnight, the two sources of public entertainment from Hoa Binh plaza and main Market level created a chaotic atmosphere. If you have trouble falling asleep, this is not the place for you.

Location is at the heart of the city, near to the market and right in front of the night market.

Staff is slow in responding to queries online as well as queries raised during our stay. The breakfast buffet is slow in replenishing.

The room has no noise cancelling wall. Therefore, the market nearby woke me up every morning at 3-4AM. Facility runs down as it looks very the same as when I stayed 10 years ago! In the past, the market was not that noisy at the early morning, and maybe it is just expanded recently!

It was a simple breakfast but fresh. It was a pity when no buffet was available because of a limitation of attendance but good quality Its location was really convenient for me to travel around the city center.

I hope to have a bigger trash bin in my room But a better TV connetion need upgrading And a travel iron need to be available. Especially, A hand dryer need installing in bathroom Furthermore, Indoor plants may be used to decorate the room
