Love that it is 2 min from the beach. Near everything, food, clubs, lounges, shopping! Everything is literally in walking distance.

Valet parking only at an additional charge. Swimming pool and entire top deck under construction which wasn't mentioned until the week of arrival. Property rather tired and worn.

We stayed in this hotel in Dec 2022 for 3 nights and had booked 4 rooms as there was a group of 8 of us. The location was very good but we all were very disappointed with the standards of the hotel. The hotel was so run down: All 4 rooms had an awful view from the balcony, although we were assured by the receptionist that we would have good rooms with a view. It wasn't even worth opening the curtains. The rooms were very very basic. The kitchenette had no cutlery or crockery, we were told by the rude receptionist that we had to go and buy disposable kitchenware ourselves. Cabinet doors were hanging by one hinge, there was no kettle or saucepans. The hob in the kitchen had a crack, sofas and dining chairs had stains on them and were ripped. The 3 nights that we stayed there was no cleaning service, our bins were overflowing. No one emptied them out throughout our stay and there was nowhere to dispose of the rubbish. There were cockroaches crawling on the kitchen worktop - eww!! One of the rooms out of 4 rooms had a faulty and dangerous hairdryer - the elements were exposed. The ironing board covers were absolutely disgusting - they were in desperate need of replacement. We couldn't use the swimming pool as we were told it was being refurbished. They deactivated our room cards early in the morning well before the check out time so we were locked out. The receptionist was unfriendly and unapproachable. Overall for the price we paid it was a rip off and would not recommend anyone to stay here. Very disappointing experience which is ashame as we were there to celebrate a 60th birthday and a wedding anniverary.👎🏼👎🏼

Upgraded to a two bedroom suite with sea view balcony which was great for sunrises and people watching, excellent location, staff very friendly and helpful. The suite was large and the beds and bathroom were very clean. The restaurant attached was excellent for all meals and especially the cocktails.

The rooftop pool was closed for renovation which we were not aware of and had looked forward to using but this did not spoil our 5 day stay as the beach was right across the street. The crockery and cutlery was minimal but we did not go to Miami to stay in and cook especially with so many wonderful restaurants around us.

The room was immaculate and right on South Beach. Location is great and in walking distance to everything. Beach is right across the street. Checked in late and was allowed a late check out without any hassles.

Hotel is under construction and you are not informed of this. The entrance to the front desk is almost impossible to find and there are no signs to help. I arrived late and it took well over 15mins and help from the hotel staff next door to find it.

There was ongoing construction on the building which we weren't made aware of until we got there. The pool was closed and there was scaffolding all around the building.

staff was very unprepared. had my reservation cancelled the day of the stay because my international credit card used during the reservation didn’t work. instead of waiting for us to show up and use a different card. we ended up having to pay a higher rate for that. I felt scammed by the hotel.
