Spacious 2 queen suite with living room and small kitchen. The A/C worked well.

We had to move rooms twice. The 1st room had a bad leak when it rained. The 2nd room had a broken toilet that maintenance couldn't fix. The staff, Rosie in particular, was great in reassigning us rooms.

Perfect hotel for staying near the beach. The staff is amazing they ready to help every minute with anything.

Personal und Service super - von der Rezeption bis zum Housekeeping (Dank an José!). Zimmer sauber, Bett sehr gemütlich. Klimaanlage nicht zu laut und ausschaltbar. Kaffeemaschine vorhanden. Lage sehr gut! Zwei schöne kleine Pools und Rooftopbereich.

Die Einrichtung ist zum Teil schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (Badarmaturen etc., Schranktüren, defekter Safe). Einziger wirklicher Kritikpunkt - leider eher der Standard in den USA: sehr hellhörig! Ich konnte sowohl das Schnarchen als auch den Wecker der angrenzenden Nachbarn hören. Keine Gepäckaufbewahrung.

The concept with graffiti on the walls, roof pools and patios inside the mansion is really cool. Lots of plants and music is also an advantage. Balcony with chairs is also cool. Location is very good, it’s near the beach and cafes.

The ceiling in the room was not painted at all. Staff told us that it was a concept of the hotel. But every morning you literally wake up just like in the construction area. Bathroom door was not closing properly. There was also a locker on it, that didn’t work. The balcony had two doors, but only one of them was closing properly. At one moment entry door to the room became locked and we had waited for more than 15 minutes before a man came and fixed the problem. There is no parking in the hotel. It was not a surprise, but the nearest parking demanded $40 flat rate for 1 night what was one on mind. So if you come by car, consider other parkings with hourly rates or lower overnight rates. There is no coffeemaker in the room, nor complimentary water.
