Breakfast was good.

-the rooms were so hot. The provide a fan but even then they were humid and either smelt like mildew or smoke. -the phones didn't work so anytime we needed the front desk we had to go up there only to wait tor housekeeping to come back up.

Rooms were dirty / humid / and had beetles in the bathroom . The staff one person inparticular wore a hajab and worked late night/ morning . Very combative and rude during check in .

the air conditioning did not work in my room ! it was hot I was sweating at night! I called the front desk and they we’re supposed to “send maintenance “. Not to my surprise they never showed up. I’m highly disappointed. I used to love this hotel.

It's potential and building design was nice. Breakfast, Bar and Restaurant were fabulous.

NO TOWELS!!! either day at the pool. Hot tub was broken and we even ask about if it worked when I called the Hotel prior to us arriving. Even after asking the front desk TWICE as well as 2 security guards and a manager of sum sort we still couldn't get extra towels for our room. I ended up tracking down a housekeeper cleaning a room and she couldn't even speak English but she was able to understand and get towels for me. We had 2 rooms and 9 of us total and were here from all over the US to celebrate my mom's 70th Birthday. Front desk guy said pool closed at 11 but we could stay longer but at 1057 security kicked us out and didn't care what front desk said. Communication and better customer services are what was lacking.

The room was very nice. But considering the room could sleep 4, there were only towels for 2(we had 3) in the room. There was only one cup for coffee and no caffenated coffee kcups offered.

Our breakfast was not nice. The buffet was scraped clean. No trays available. No staff in sight. We left. I will not be recommending.

My stay here was horrible. I traveled from SC by car for 16 + hours only to get to this location to be told at 2:30 a.m. that they didn't have anymore rooms available because they were over booked although I had a reservation. I thrn asked the clerk if my reservation for the weekend was still good she said yes but they are over book for the weekend as well but will make sure that I keep my reservation for the weekend. When I check in on Friday afternoon the room was very clean but smell of mildew all throughout the room. Call down to front desk and they didn't help with anything. I asked if I can get some type of deodorizer they said housekeeping wont be in until the morning as if they couldn't go into housekeeping closet to get something for me. Once checkout I ask the front desk attendee do they accommodate guess for things like that? She stated they get asked questions about that all the time due to the smell in numerous of rooms. She also stated that the hotel owner suppose to do renovations but it seems as if he doesn't have anymore money because it was mention to start over a year ago. Overall everything else was good but front desk really need to do their job better.

A/C didn’t work in our room. We had to ask twice for someone to come fix it. I tried calling the front desk, but our phone in the room didn’t work. Rooms have box fans in them and others in our party had the same issue with the a/c. There was a used glass at our door the entire stay and didn’t come from us. Housekeeping never once came to our room in 4 days. We also had to pay for parking. We were kicked out of the courtyard because we fast food, they don’t allow outside food in the common areas. Staff was rude during check in.

No towels ore cups in the gym during my entire stay. No shampoo in the room. Had to request room tobe serviced twice.

One of the ladies at the front desk was very unaccomadating... very manipulative and condescending... after not having heat she became combative in spirit because we simply wanted a few answers
