the smell.. the room was nasty and bathroom was nasty! The mirror had cracks on it and something else was broken. The blinds was nasty I was scared to touch it. Definitely does not look how it is on the pictures

They took it down early

The staff was rude, was quoted on your site $88.00 was charged a lot more. Asked about it and was told not my problem.. don’t think I’ll use your site or them again. And can’t find parking. Every time I left the room I couldn’t get back in my key wouldn’t work. And had to fight with the front desk to get into my room. They kept telling me I didn’t know how to use it. They would go down there and they could t get it to work either…

We did not like anything about this motel

The motel was dirty. The rooms were dirty, the sheets had holes in them. The air-conditioner was very loud and the faucet on the sink was about to fall off. There was no way to plug the bathtub for a bath, and there was loud music playing in the parking lot. We will never stay at a Comfort Inn again.

location, one satff who was helpful

I had the worst hotel experience ever, first night I was given a room in the basement, it had one big window door to the outside, and a connecting door, it felt very unsafe and I could hear noises all night, there were insects in the room. I called room service to ask to be moved and the reception was rude. I could not sleep at all the first night. I finally got another room on the fourth floor, in the new room the curtain was thorn, the flusher was broken, the washroom light flickered, there were noises until 3 am. Every night I called and explained and I was spoken to rudely for the most past ( except for one reception). The room was not cleaned ( I was told when I finally asked that I was SUPPOSED to leave my room card with them upon leaving the hotel so that they had permission to go to my room and clean), this was not explained to me ever. My credit card is charged 3 times, twice the amount of all stay and once amount of one night, I called booking.com and explained and still my money is not back. Overall I had the worst hotel experience ever.

Not great. Coffee was like water. Waffles were good.

I did not like the property because it was very dangerous and my bf and I got robbed.

It was hard to sleep and felt things crawling on us.

A place to stay for the night

tv wasn’t workin ac didn’t work and the balcony had a jam in it so it was kind of hard getting into it. the staff had a slight attitude as well

the front desk clerk was very rude and unprofessional…..when I got ready to leave she took forever to come out the rest room then a gentleman’s was there looking for the owner concerning a roof job and she yelled at him because she said “ she was in the bathroom changing her pad “ gross ……the halls smelled like old fabric and the breakfast was not of any quality the clerk tried to put me in a double bed room when I reserved a king suite …she went on to lie like they were fully booked but once I asked for corporate number not only did one room come open but 2 which I stayed in the second room 404 which wasn’t cleaned and even had an old plate of gods from Im guessing the last stay …..please address allllll of these issues because I’m gonna be booking again very soon and if it’s the same I’ll call the news and health department right then

they had free breakfast

The room smelled like cigarettes. The pillows weren’t even pillows, just balled up pillow cases, and the towels smelled like fish. The tv or ac didn’t work

the staff was nice

this property does not look like the picture. I’m not sure if they were updating or not but I ended up leaving after being there for about 10 minutes. I just booked another hotel .

Good location, close to where I work.

The staff seemed very annoyed, but they were getting yelled at by other guests wanting a different room or issues with their booking. The whole place smelled of mildew and skunk weed. There is little to no parking.

my door was broken! and instead of giving me a new room, they made me find someone at the front desk to unlock my door every time I needed to get in my room! it was very inconvenient being that personnel was not at front desk all times that I needed to get in my room and the staff has a really bad attitude like they’re very lazy like they don’t want to help you

The elevator was fast

Our sheets felt like there was something on them. The air conditioning unit was filthy .When blowing air in the room it blew dust. lamp bulb was out We waited 10-15 for check in because doors weren’t working on the 4th floor . I was there celebrating my birthday and was disappointed breakfast was interesting . no cream cheese , no whole milk
