The room was clean, the staff were nice, the pool was open. no complaints.

the breakfast was terrible. watery eggs no bacon. it’s fine it’s the cape so we went out to eat.

AC worked well. Rooms were nice. Problem. I tried to take a bath and the water came out brown. Gross. It took a minute, but cleared. Buyer beware, be sure to check the school calendar before you book. We were there during a gymnastics convention...

The room was either too cold or too hot, the bathroom was dirty, the mini fridge only stays on for 2 hours, good spoiled. The vents to the hotel are filled with a thick layer of dust bunnies it was so gross to look at , let alone the air quality. The tv kept diming

The hotel try to charge me extra 200$ ignoring the confirmation I presented from Booking!!, The shower floods the room because the drainage is not designed properly Room is noisy and air condition not working .

Very peaceful, refreshing, great location as it was in the middle of the cape, easy access to the mall and sceneries.

We got a first floor room near the gym and swimming pool. Everything was good until I saw a half inch bug ( looks like a cockroach) in the bathroom on our last day. Breakfast was the same every day, not many choices either.

LOVED everything about this place! we go to the cape every now and then because I have work here periodically and i bring my family with me. we stayed at a bunch of other local hotels including one with a famous indoor water park. Honestly I wish we had stumbled upon Fairfield Inn much earlier! definitely will only stay here moving forward. First, location: literally can’t beat it! Just a few steps from Cape Cod mall which has a ton of kid and adult friendly attractions. Second: the hotel: the rooms are spacious, extremely clean, the little touches like microwave in the room, shower gel/shampoo/conditioner type way more superior and easier to use than other chain hotels which have much smaller bottles and the ones with dispensers stuck on the wall are harder to use. This place was quiet, breakfast was good, beds amazingly comfortable and clean.
