the first floor rooms can be noisy. had alot doors slamming and such around 11pm. price could be a bit lower for a queen room

it was right in the center of the Cape Cod Mall area. Many places were in walking distance or within a short drive.
it wasn’t the property so much as the construction and road work outside. so really not to do with the property at all!

Everything was very clean, the beds were comfy. Great to have access to coffee and food in the morning. The pool was our favorite part.
The plumbing could use an update (tub was slow to drain).

Drain backed up immediately in shower, kind of gross, toilet seat was loose/broke, we stay here pretty often , usually great time, for $400 a night should be able to shower for more than 4 minutes without tub filling 80%

The staff and the place itself were great and it has a nice atmosphere.
The bed was far too soft and that was a problem for me.

In general everything was fine. I realize it was off season however I would like to see a larger selection of breakfast items. Also, reliable third party food delivery services.
The bathroom was too small, not enough counter space for items. The shower was very slow draining, it filled with a lot of water before the water became warm enough to shower. On the last morning of our stay, the TV had no reception (constant “no signal” message). Tried turning the TV on and off several times but no luck. We needed important weather information, very disappointing, irritating.

No breakfast and the coffee was good, although it seems most places have a complimentary coffee set up in the morning and I missed that.
The heating system was horribly loud. It woke me every time it kicked on.

Bookings.com could have informed us of Marriott policy not to give rooms to residents 20 miles and less of ther hotels in Hyannis. We had to go through hoops to stay in the hotel (Gold member too) due to these restrictions plus they tell us I may not receive my Points because I used Bookings.com
