It was very clean and friendly! Honestly, I was hesitant about the price, but it was perfect for the weekend stay.

There was nothing good about the whole reservation. From the booking.com to the hotel. The absolut worst customer service I have ever experienced. Our stay was a donation from the American Red Cross, they gave a a prepaid debt card after our entire house burnt to the ground. Nothing left but the clothes on our backs. Unfortunately the Marriott would not accept our debit card for payment even though booking.com took our money off the card and we had no place to stay after a devastating day so yes I think this is the worst customer service and at best they could have had a little bit of sympathy or compassion cuz we really truly were devastated they all need to have an experience as we had I didn't want to sleep in my car after that the long day I can't say enough bad things to say how hurt and how devastated we were just to be turned away after we had already paid for it and they have not give us our money back on that card there's a delay because they don't want to cancel so now we have to pay a bunch of fees out of the little money we got from the Red Cross because our cash are money our credit cards everything we own was burnt to a crisp bad customer service just awful

I loved how there was a balcony facing the sunset in the evening.Berry clean room luxury sound efficient freight t v and air conditioner

We liked the staff, plus the room was huge and my I kids loved the indor pool.
That is a no Brainerd we loved everything about the courtyard.

Robin was pleasant and energetic, made check in easy and answered all inquiries with a smile, and even greeted us everytime we entered the lobby, she even made check out a breeze. Thank you Robin.

No noise canceling windows (Too much noise from within and from the streets)
Staff was unfriendly, I was denied breakfast for my child and had to go to the reception kiosk and wait a long time for someone to help me and confirm to other staff that my child was also a guest!!
After that the person in charge of taking orders and serving at the cafeteria was passive aggressive…
Breakfast was awful! Of three breakfasts that we were supposed to have, we only tried once an never came back.
They did not have pool or gym (it was located on another hotel/ facility) even though when I made the reservation it said so…

The check in staff was very kind, helpful and courteous. Rooms were very clean. Plenty of parking. Security walking parking lot at night keeping cars safe.
Cost of breakfast pricier than other restaurant alternatives.

I was not allowed to stay here because I use Varo, an online bank. I get my paychecks direct deposited into that account and use it for all my banking. They said they do not accept it. I was furious. This is wrong and I think you should remediate the issue.

The Bistro was nice, The staff that worked the bistro was nice. The lobby was clean.
I booked a 2 queen bed for a family of 4, when I when I arrived I was given a single King for my stay. When I asked the front desk person why I was given the wrong room. I was told I they were sold out. This was not the type of room I booked and paid for. My room had a big on the shower wall. The ceiling had a bad patch job. Overall,the room wasn't the greatest.

Went I book the room, they said they had free breakfast. But it wasn't like that, and also they said they had free parking and that wasn't true also. You had to pay 12 dollars for parking there.

I dislike the $12 daily parking and then when there are car get together in the next parking lot over there is nowhere for you to park. and mind you those car gatherings are up to no good individuals also they have young families that stay there I’m not sure if they are homeless or what but when the kids are jumping off the bed and running pounding on the floor above you this going on for hours when you have to get up for work early it’s quite irritating. the receptionist would answer the phone for 10+ minutes when I was calling
