Close to the freeway and restaurants.
Equipment in the room in disrepair. Cigarette burns on the air conditioner. Exhaust fan in bathroom not working, no drain stopper for the bath tub. TV remote didn’t have full functionality. Many long strands of hair on the sheets, pillows and in the towels from the wash. The towels are basically sized for infants not adults.

Staff was nice.
Rooms were very bad. 1 of the rooms were so bad we got credited back and my kids had to stay at another hotel. Our room had a shower nob to flush toilet. The cockroaches were awful. Lots of drug interactions and prostitution going on out side. Someone even over dosed they were yelling for narcan and we had to call 911. Water pressure low water wouldn't get hot. Curtains had burn marks so even with them closed you could see in. Dryer in hall on all night long it kept buzzing for the load being done and would wake you up.

people yelling at other people with dogs that bark at people walking by

The room had a microwave & TV & refrigerator inside.
There was Roaches & I got bite by something . The room we were in , the door was broken. It didn't close properly. Even the lock to the door was broken. We felt unsafe there. Etc.... We just didn't appreciate the stay at all. The receptionist was rude for no reason....

TV didn't work. I went to the front desk and asked for help they told me 5 minutes and didn't get help for an hour and a half. People had big dogs, German shepherds and put bulls barking all night long. The maintenance guy was right outside my window whistling and singing pulling weeds at 1am when people were trying to sleep. I was staying for work and didn't get any sleep at all, not to mention had no TV to drown out all the noise.

Honestly one of the WORST places I've stayed at.. At first glance it looks fine, once I went in the room.. Crap, dirty, I must have seen about 10 or more roaches crawling about... The bathroom was crap, the shower didn't really warm up their toilet paper was crap. Honestly this place was crappy

absolutely nothing. the signage was all dark. there were no lights on at all. it was late when we arrived, and with no other options, we checked in anyway.
the entire facility was in shambles. the rooms were in terrible condition. literally everything was broken:
wall outlets
tv
toilet seat
bedside table clock
lamps didn’t work
not a single hanger.
I am stunned that any National chain in this country would put their name on this place. I didn’t expect a Four Seasons, but this place was truly scary.

Staff was prompt at 11 to remind of checkout but polite. Front desk girl is happy and friendly.

Staff was decent until checkout, this dude was literally blocking our exit, guess he was there to help check/clean the room, but he was acting a little strange, gave me the creeps. He sorta killed my vibe☹️

Very affordable.
Housekeeping did not do their job, the room was hardly cleaned. Cockroaches were EVERYWHERE!! Staff was decent, except for this one gentleman who was there at checkout, he stood in the doorway as we were leaving(basically blocking us from removing our things) had to ask him more than once to please step out of our way so we could leave. It was ridiculous. Who does.that??
