Cheap food. The hotel is across from a busy car wash/gas station, which is noisey all day & night, and right in the middle of a multi-business parking lot. Ugly!

Staff, surroundings, customer support, cleanliness (there was a dead pigeon in the grass for 6 days!), and the amount of water used outside is criminal, especially during a drought. Use of masks & social distancing by staff is largely ignored. Federal laws regarding accommodations for those with disabilities are ignored, as well. Discrimination is pervasive.

Very roomy in bathroom and in room. Very clean.

Bed was very uncomfortable. Room was noisy - heard fridge, ac, updstairs noise, and next door noise. Not happy that the spa and pool and gymn facilities were not open. We selected this hotel because of the hot tub we wanted to use - but info on your site(booking.com) didnt tell us that it was unavailable. Also - we only needed a microwave and fridge - but were b booked for a room that had full kitchen.

The room was nice.

Our room wasn’t ready, the elevator wasn’t working & we were on the 3rd floor. It was hot outside & the pool was closed. Refrigerator wouldn't get cold. It was a overall bummer for all of us.
