The heater wasn't working

The staff took an hour to check me in. She was alone. Nobody else was there.

I was upset to be required to pay a $12 parking fee. I understand the need if you are in a densely populated city like London or San Francisco, but Palmdale! It felt like a scam. I travel a lot and have not met that ‘up charge’ in anywhere but major city Center’s. I felt I was being taken advantage of. If I had realised ahead of time I would have chosen a different hotel.

One hiccup was with me having to wait and verify my booking because the hotel could not charge booking.com. but .... Other than that customer service was stellar and got me into room with instructions to recharge in a couple of hours.

Kitchen staff super rude , we were told that the kitchen opened from 6 to 9 Me and my son went for breakfast at 6:45 and the door was opened but as soon as we got it this lady came to us telligs to get out i tried explaining to her that we were given information but she was just saying GET OUT to me and my SON. It was very disrespectful for her to scream to me infront of my son Son when the only thing we wanted was a glass of milk.
