the front desk lady is the first and only rude employee I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and have never encountered such an unhappy, grumpy, rude employee. I had requested late check out since the night before and the other employee told me it was fine and that she would note it down. 11am the next morning I get a call to the room from the rude employee saying “check out is at 11” I let her know kindly that I had spoken to someone else about late checkout and that it was approved. I had stayed the night before (1/13-1/14) and we had this exact conversation and she said “ok there’s no note but you can stay until 12” well this morning the 1/14 when I told her I spoke to someone she cut me off and said “no, that was yesterday, nobody approved you staying late today” basically accusing me of lying to her??? I literally ensured that late checkout was approved so I could avoid this rude employee. I have no reason to lie about staying one extra hour. I responded to her saying “ well it was today also, and I spoke to ___”(im sorry I can’t remember who I spoke to, but she had curly hair and was super kind) she rudely responds “well I’m going to find out if you spoke to her” I told her you go ahead and do that and she just hangs up on me. of course I didn’t get a call back because I wasn’t making up what I said. what bothered me more than anything was her tone and that she accused me of lying. I have no reason to lie. while trying to enjoy my last hour I still had THREE more people come knock on my door asking me to check out. the hotel is obviously lacking communication within staff and I am disappointed most of all from the one and only rude employee I’ve ever came across at this hotel. if she is so unhappy she should go look for another job that doesn’t involve customer service because she obviously lacks at excelling with it.

Convenient. Literally off the freeway. Staff was great, food was good and bed was comfortable. Quiet and peaceful which is my main criteria.

The floor in the room was cold! You couldn’t walk around in bare feet. And maybe because of windy weather, but I had to keep heater on full time, as it felt like there was a cold draft coming in.

Easy check-in. Everything explained clearly and simply. Staff very polite and helpful, especially the guy in the bar and the chef. We ate a small snack and they were happy to split it for two people.

The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable I liked the fact that the t.v had my name nice touch and the warm cookies at check in was awesome the continental breakfast was great too
