The room was wonderful. Clean, comfortable. It was like having a small apartment. Great conveniences. I have stayed at this hotel before, and it was just as wonderful then as it was now. The price was way higher than what I first paid, which was a little disappointing.

Breakfast was good. My complaint is that the person that was putting the eggs out (that were not wrapped) did have gloves on, but, with those same gloves she carried the coffee pot from the guest area to the kitchen to refill it. She then (with the same gloves on) she took the unwrapped eggs from her tray touch the eggs with her hands and put them on the tray for the guest to eat, which is unsanitary. The guests were given tongs to reach in and get out the eggs. She should have done the same thing. By using tongs to transfer the unwrapped eggs from her tray to the serving tray for the guests this would eliminate any bacteria from making any guest sick. The employees need to be retrained/reminded how important it is to not touch any food with their hands, gloves or no gloves, especially when they touched several other things with the same gloves. Please use tongs.

The rooms were specious, equiped with a comfortable bed, a small kitchen area with dishes/utensils, and a nice sized TV. A full sized fridge and a dishwasher is also included in the room. The breakfast was better than expected and the customer service provided by the staff was exceptional.

The only downside was that you have to notify the front desk 24 hours in advance for housekeeping to come and clean the room. When traveling with kids, you never know when an accident may happen that may require a cleaning.

Sincerely (name of employee)made it easy to check in. we asked for extra towels and they were brought up right away. we had about 15 rooms reserved for our sons wedding which family and friends stayed. I booked thru booking. com a while back and wasn’t worth it to cancel reservation and rebook for a little less then a $10.00 difference.

called down to front desk for toilet paper twice. there wasn’t an extra roll when we checked in. not a good position to be in when you go a lot going on preparing for a wedding. not attentive to insuring cleaning supplies are picked up. happened to come across this and had to stop my grandson from picking up in the elevator. housekeeping cart at beginning of hall after exiting elevator. curious kiddos. no one in sight that was working with the cart.

The hotel clerk named Sincerely was super sweet and helpful and she was so efficient.
