Upon arrival we were greeted by a very, very nice young man who I believe was the assistant manager. We arrived an hour before our check-in time but the young man was happy to let us in early. The room is clean, the bed was super comfortable and we really lacked for nothing. Great access to I-75, easy on and easy off. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Location is perfect, close to the main market over there. Staff is very helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the indoor pool very much.

Breakfast was at a separate location and not very well put together. The indoor pool wasn’t working and the outside one doesn’t seem to be kept up on.

Terrible breakfast! Should have been ready at 7:00 and she just went over to get things ready after 7:00. Biscuits were so dried out they crumbled and the gravy was cold! Really waiting for our first cup of coffee. Coffee bad! Had to through everything out and go to Starbucks. Also, surely not sausage gravy for biscuits, just gravy! Very dissatisfied! I recommend eating off premises!

3 people staying and 2 washcloths, 2 hand towels and only 1 bath towel. We did get delivered to our room the needed towels. We complained to each other about our mattress, just so uncomfortable! We would not return to stay here.

hot tub broken. room was not thoroughly clean upon check in. good from previous still in refrigerator. towels were very small and very thin. I’m 5 foot 4 and my boyfriend is 6 foot. the shower nozzle so law I had to bend to wash. can you imagine him?

I was charged more than what Booking.com told me. I expected to pay $185. I was told the rate was $333. Also, someone changed my reservation to one night. I called the motel to verify it and they did have it for two. I still have the email showing we only needed to pay $185. Any chance of getting that extra amount that I paid back? We will not go back to Great Lakes Inn.

very run down. We had to prop up the power cord or the TV wouldn’t work. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. The towels were old and rough. Things were falling apart in the room. The outside pool was filled, but no filter working so it was full of debris and bugs. Overall, it was a bad stay.

The appliances worked okay. Sheets were clean.

Room was musty. Missing trim pieces all over the room. Microwave wasn't plugged in. Bothe pools and the hot tub were unusable. We were not notified that the hotel ammenadies were not operational.

The Hotel was convenient. Parking right in front of your door. This was an economical choice and had availability for our last-minute booking.

This locations could best be described as a motel. The rooms are very small and very dated. It wasn't that is was unclean as it was in disrepair. Most of the fixtures and curtain pulls were in questionable shape and the bathroom had some water damage.. Their pool looked great (enclosed in a nice patio area) but was not filled or functional.
