The marijuana smell all the time everywhere we saw a hooker in the parking lot the elevator sounded like it was dying and it did die finally and we had to use the stairs

The room was dirty,writing on the wall,no towels or wash cloths,had to go to Walmart to buy some,floor was dirty,had to walk around with socks on,elevator smells pissy,Wi-Fi didn’t work and the picture on their website is not what the room looked like

It’s an old building (but clean and without mold) If you are looking for a romantic place…. Keep looking somewhere else Our coffee machine did not work, but receptionist told us to get coffee from her machine.

The floors could have been cleaner than they were & the lighting could have been better also.

The location was the only redeeming quality this place had.

Everything was subpar. The elevator was slow when working...but it usually wasn't. The room look nothing like the pics online.

The pool was great and the location was great the rooms were ok the beds were smaller them a queen.

The elevator was kinda scary. You had to ask for everything that should already be in the room.

The staff at the front desk were friendly. Were willing to give refund for my stay because of the conditions, but because the reservation was done though Booking, they could not do the refund.

Everything! Manager Shakisha however you spell it is rude, dishonest, unprofessional, disrespectful. I wouldn't let her manage my dogs food bowl.. I had to report her and the company. They will try to keep your money even if you do not stay with them and will argue that they will not give you a refund. They will charge you even if you check in and check straight back out due to the poor conditions of the facilities and rooms. Not sure how Dhec has not shut them down yet. Stay somewhere worth your money where you can enjoy your stay and not worry about someone being rude to you or stealing from you.

The kitchen had cockroaches. The stove was tore apart. The toilet was broke. Awful smell. The doors were not secure.

The hotel is on the beach, we got to see the beautiful ocean, the weather was nice for February.

We paid in advance, 3 weeks in advance, we got to the hotel before 12:00, check in is not till 5:00 pm, we did not get the room we paid for (3 weeks earlier) we asked if we could get the room we asked for, because we were told that the hotel was all booked up, so the next day we moved to another room, but it still wasn't what we wanted and we had paid for (3 weeks earlier),the staff seemed like they wanted to help us but they couldn't, if we had known that the room we wanted were going to be remodel (101 up to 702) we would have booked the room for a later date.

The people next to us fought all night. The ones above us stomped. But the ones that was beside us scared us to the point I didn't sleep stayed up watching my kids sleep so I knew everyone was safe ..Absolutely not a safe environment and NOT for families..
