Very friendly staff

Very hard beds

The hotel was older but had been updated. Clean. Comfy. The beds had protection with a bedbug cover, mattress pad and sheet. I always check for signs of bedbugs, NONE, and the sheets and blankets were pristine white. Great value.

No exercise room

Every thing was good, the rooms and lobby and breakfast room was clean , they was lot to chose from for breakfast and stuff are very friendly. The next time I come down again I will be staying here. I was close to every place that we wanted to see.

Room was very clean and size was good. Furnishings were clean and new. Owner greeted us at check-in and emphasized that the hotel had been renovated recently. This was off-season and breakfast was not available but room rate was lowered because of this. :

We had a serious family problem come up and they couldn't even issue a refund of any amount, I will never stay at this hotel and we go to Branson often.

Quiet, clean room, good bed. Nice pool.

The room was clean and that’s very important to me.

I like having a hot tub in the room. The air was nice and cold, the staff were nice, breakfast was good.

Our floor was dirty when we arrived and I had to ask them to clean it, they came up with paper towels and a spray bottle. The bed made a loud noise every time you sat down and got up. Chairs in room was very uncomfortable . Not worth the money I was charged.
