Absolutely nothing very disappointed with this business!

The unit was disgusting and not properly cleaned. We had to wait two and a half hours past check in to get into our room they said they were cleaning it , to find it was not clean and it took them an additional two hours to reclean it before we could fully get into our room. There was dead bugs, dirty dishes , dirty linens on the bed with hair on the pillows and sheets. Trash and crumbs all over the floor. Trash and stuff in the hide a bed. Hair on the kitchen floor table and chairs. There was dirty dishes in the cabinet . The balcony had popped fireworks all over it.They ambush you with there time share people that are pushy rude and absolutely do not take no for an answer to get your parking pass. They tell you your $100 refundable deposit will be returned upon check out and inspection it is not. They have poor communication you can never reach any one in the office for help. This place is a tourist trap stay far away.

We love this place and stay there 2 or 3 times a year. The location and setup is great.

We did find this time there was a few things that needed attention. They were minor and was taken care of right away.

Nice curb appeal. Everything we would need was in the room including a washer and dryer. That was nice to be able to take home clean clothes.

We had the room right next to the elevator. It was almost like the elevator was in the room with you……all night long, up and down.

No breakfast . It is close to city attractions.

More wash rags. Couchs could be more comfortable. Bigger living room TV.

They charged my credit card without my concent

Location is great, rooms are clean and the value is great.

Check-in office closed earlier than advertised, had to go to alternative site to check-in, was told the office closes at 5pm instead of 7pm. Room cards not ready at check-in, had to be brought to us. Cards were deactivated the day before check-out, had to go get them reactivated. Was never given a parking pass, had to speak to concierge to get it (already spoke with a different one the day before a declined to sit through a presentation for a future discount). The second concierge was very curt when I declined the presentation and said I only needed a parking pass.
