Cleanliness & decor; spacious room

Sauna was out of service. There was also a temporary power outage during the night. The alarm clock went out and there was no functioning backup battery to take over so setting alarm was useless. Neither Bedside lights nor their related sockets work.

It was close to the highway.

Wasn’t clean, didn’t have working amenities, pool wasn’t working. They only had one elevator.

Overall stay was good. The room layout and amenities were nice i.e. fridge, microwave. I liked the couch in the King suite. Bathroom was clean. Tea and coffee were available all day. Breakfast was included.

Room was ok overall but window curtain was torn and there was only a thin sheer curtain in the middle of the window. On 2nd night, called front desk for more TV remote batteries and was told that someone would come shortly but no one ever did. Also, a loud squealing noise came from bathroom after light was turned off and seemed to only go away if light was left on.

The location was perfect for my needs and the floor we were on was quiet. Great Breakfast!

Our room wasn’t clean, the floor were extremely dirty!

This hotel was clean, nicely updated, and well worth the money! It was also right off the expressway and there was a gas station right next door.

Eggs and sausage weren't very good but you don't choose that I bet.
