Breakfast was good. Decent options

Hotel could have been cleaner. Found a bunched up shirt and hair clip on the side of one of the beds which makes me think the floors weren’t cleaned well. Hot tub was dirty looking in the pool area

The hot tub wasn't working

The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I booked this hotel specifically for the use of the hot tub and it was not working. This really spoiled our experience.

Not very much pool and spa closed, no prior notice before check-in. claimed too expensive to keep open.

ordered in for pizza. pizza sucked but was recommended by Mangement. Free deliver but cost very expensive $38

Room Rate. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Beds were uncomfortable. Refrigerator was noisy! Water in the bathroom was orange! Both, in the Toilet and sink! Lots of snow overnight and the parking lot was not plowed when we left around 10 am. At that time someone was using a snowblower on the sidewalk behind my car and hit some rocks. He Could have easily damaged a vehicle.

The location to the wedding venue was excellent, front desk staff was very friendly, and the rooms were clean and stocked. Having a fridge was very nice.

Second floor ice machine was out of service, the hot tub was drained, the pool floor was slimy, and the rooms were dry with thin sheets.
