The location was away from Pigeon Forge congestion. Nice pool and fire pit. The lobby and room was well appointed.

The continental breakfast was poor. No fruit, no oatmeal, no bagels, no nuts or granola, the sugary yogurt offered is extremely unhealthy. The eggs offered one morning were fair. The toast selection was just white bread. It seemed people were enjoying the waffles but they didn’t seem to be concerned about healthy choices. The coffee pot was constantly empty. I realize it must be costly to run a hotel and offer breakfast but I think we have enjoyed much nicer selections at other similar hotel chains.

Very nice and clean with good staff . The pool was awesome for my son and loves the fireplace you can sit around at and with awesome breakfast

the bathroom could of been bigger

The bed and pillows were comfortable and I loved the hair dryer. Loved the 24/7 coffee and cookies. The gas fire pits outside were lovely but the chairs had no cushion so you were sitting on far spaced metal bars... which really hurt. I enjoyed that it was not too crowded even though Pigeon Forge was packed from spring break and a car show.

The balcony has nothing to sit on. The bathroom in the room is so small with the sink being outside of the bathroom and very small counter space on it. The TV was bright... so bright it hurt my eyes. The light on the balcony is auto and cannot be turned off. The rooms were not that clean, hair in shower and my kid found a pill on the floor. The maid knocked once at 4 pm on my 2nd day and opened the door without announcing herself and I was in the room in my panties... awkward. The breakfast was ok. Missed things like bananas, cream cheese or cheese that most usually have. The indoor pool was ice cold. I tried to enjoy it 2 times but it was miserable. The appearance of this hotel is nice but it really was just ok and not worth the money I had to pay. Also you can hear every door that slams.

Convenient location

Floor is loud. You can hear people talking. Hotel doesn’t have proper service. Don’t have basic supplies, wanted some wine glasses and they didn’t have any. I was told that breakfast closes at 9:30. No proper movie channels.

Breakfast was good. Area was perfect for getting to where we needed fast. Fireplace in room- loved!! Staff was friendly and great environment.

The only thing I was not please with were the beds looked used. Covers were filled with little black hairs once we pulled the bed down, so it was either from someone who stayed before, or housekeeping.
