Room was very clean. Staff was pleasant. Housekeeping was on top of leaving extra toiletries and towels. Value was great. Parking was good, loved that they had spaces that were covered without having to park down in the 1st floor.. Location was Good, Everythin(minimart, walmart, dollar tree, family Kingdom, restaurants etc) was within walking distance. Quick beach access. Indoor(and hottubs) and outdoor pool. Good wifi connection for my daughter lol.

Pools could've been more clean. Was a little inconvenienced by maintenance of the elevator but they fixed it rather quickly.

Beds were comfortable, shower was great,veiw from 1st floor was Beautiful

We only like the location of the hotel. Nothing else.

1. Check in process was pathetic it took us more than 2 hours to check in 2. Room was not clean. 3. Lights were out in the bathroom 4. Bathroom was not clean water was leaking 5. Hotel premises was dirty too.

It was right on the beach within walking distance of the boardwalk and family Kingdom.

Where do i begin... I requested a ground floor room due to a knee surgery and was put in a top floor room and had to use the stairs because the elevator rarely worked. The room smelt so bad and the bed sheets were stained. Toilet wouldn't flush. Water would barely come out of the shower. Shower curtain kept falling down. The stove burners didn't work. The smoke alarms kept going off at night... The people in the front office were extremely rude. Anytime I needed something I had to walk to the hotel next door for help. They didn't have my keys to my room at check in. Again I had to walk to another hotel to pick up my room key. The pools were nasty and had trash floating in them. The hot tubs were only half full. THERE IS SO MUCH MORE....
