The staff at the desk was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient for everything we wanted to do.

Breakfast was somewhat disappointing. Everything was carbs - waffles, bagels, bread, cereal. There were hard boiled eggs and a not-too-good brand of yogurt, and apples. A hot option of eggs or meat would have been nice.

The breakfast was nice. I saw only apples but thought there should have been bananas , maybe mandarin oranges. I enjoyed the waffles. The room was spotless.

There should be 2 extra large towels, 2 regular size towels, 2 hand towels & atleast 2 washcloths for 2 people in a room.

Gutes 3Sterne Standard Haus der Wyndham Gruppe. Zimmer sind geräumig und sauber. Der Waschplatz ist im Flurbereich des Zimmers, Toilette und Dusche/Wanne sind extra. Frühstück ist amerikanisch. Toast, Bagels ( alle extra in Plastik verpackt 😩) Marmelade, Erdnussbutter, Waffeln, Oatmeal instant. Kaffe und verschiedene Säfte aus dem Automaten. Wir waren zufrieden. Die Location liegt etwas außerhalb des Zentrums. Wir haben abends ein Uber bestellt und im Zentrum im Irish Pub (echte Empfehlung!) Gut und günstig gegessen und getrunken.

The gym room looked a bit out-dated and should choose brighter lighting and high ceiling room. It will make a big difference to the overall feel

It was quite, tucked away from the main road and we loved the comfortable beds.

The swimming pool didn’t stay open long enough.

We have been staying at this hotel for the 4 years of my daughter’s college life and this time it was graduation. Excellent location and great atmosphere!

Staff were very accommodating and friendly. Room was good for the most part but had a musky scent upon entering the beds and pillows were very comfortable, I slept great. The railroad tracks across the street had me worried at first that I would not get a good nights sleep but with the fan constantly blowing for the ac, I did not hear a thing while I was sleeping. The coffee in the front lobby was good.

More choices for breakfast, including a protein like sausage links, would have been nice. Mainly carbs were available. Bananas and more choices for cereal would have been nice too. The bathrooms could use updating. The hairdryer could be updated.

The elevator was a bit iffy, sometimes it would go down from the fifth floor then there was a time you would have to hit each floor number in the elevator.
