The owner’s family kept staring at us with had looks. I did not trust them. Also the bed sheets and pills smelt like bad body odor

I never eat breakfast because I never stayed there it was to expensive plus I could not get the transfer from another Quality motel to stay at this one
again I was not giving a chance to stay there because I could not get the transfer from the other Quality motel

Good choices and healthy food.
Location can be challenging to get to, but I've been there before.

For breakfast the Waffle batter was like water. Our mini fridge was also broken

Walk-in to a hot room. Refrigerator took a long time to cool down

Breakfast was horrible. Cold and hardly any food in the warmers. No biscuits to go with the gravy. Very disappointed. Foreign gal was very pushy and not the friendliest. Was very disappointed since the last time we stayed there.

Bathroom was kind of dirty in the corners of the floor. Bathtub didn’t drain. Sink faucet had no aerator so the water spurted all over…

Easy access from the highway
Being to close to the highway, very strong spray used to sanitize I assume

The bed was clean. The shower was hot. The room was comfortable in temperature and that’s it.
The whole purpose I was, there was for the pool. However, the pool temperature was too cold to swim, in which defeated why I was even there.

The water pressure in the shower.

Room not ready at arrival time. TV didn’t work. Took over 2 hours to get assistance. Only helped when I asked for refund to go to another hotel for the night

Man at front desk was excellent and so was breakfast if you got there at 6:00 am if not had to fight the crowd making messes everywhere…

Location’s distance from downtown Des Moines.
Pool now filled, but heater apparently not yet working.

Location was good; right off Interstate. Took a little maze to get to the hotel, but not too terrible.
The room that the pool was in was like a freezer and the pool water was ice cold.

Everything went well. I was unaware their is $100. hold on credit card.
I was not aware wifi is a paid service.
