Elevator being broken and stuck in. Very dirty linens and showerhead clogged up. Room smelled of mold. Towels dirty as well.

The “quiet side” of the building is noisy with traffic, random birds, and the room has the loudest appliances.
The refrigerator is only at 42 and there’s no obvious way to change it.
Airport shuttle is combined with 7 other hotels.
You get what you pay for.

Great location near the airport for an early morning flight
A few people hanging around the parking lot asking for money. Didn't feel very safe when I had to walk my dog upon arrival at night.

Completa falta de limpieza, había muchas cucarachas en paredes y muebles, el cuarto tenia un olor insoportable.
Dejamos las maletas un pr de horas mientras cenábamos en el Dennis de junto y al volver nuestras maletas ya tenían bichos encima. Fuimos inmediatamente a pedir la cancelación y devolución de dinero que afortunadamente hicieron al momento.
En el lugar se hospedan personas muy extrañas, no da confianza estar en ese lugar. En verdad les recomiendo buscar otras opciones.

It just didn’t seem clean enough and their were too many insects in the room plus people hanging around the room when we got to the room plus travel outside the room different times of the night

Questionable guest in the parking lot late at night. Direct TV cable was intermediate most nights between 6 to 9 pm. A few seasonal bugs that found their way inside.

That the room doors were broken! Night time staff was horrible beds were dirty! Heater was smelling like fire fire smoke detection was going off when turned the heat on. Bathroom was flooding over all a bad experience there I asked for my money back to go to a different hotel he denied giving it back. I will never go back there again!

The beds were uncomfortable, and the room smelled like smoke. The a/c kept going on and off we had it on 69 degrees and it went up at night and got hot.
The beds could’ve been softer, the room could’ve not smelt like smoke really really bad.
