The staff at this hotel was very friendly and accommodating. Business center was convenient with easy to use printer. Room was spacious. Parking was easy to find and the freeway was very easy to access. Coffee was available 24 hours a day.
The room was somewhat dated and dirty, especially in the bathroom. Coffee was available but did not taste good. Hotel is in desperate need of a refresh. Food options are quite far and require a car to access.

Location
I left early my room smelled like mildew, the head of the bed was lower than the feet of the bed. There was a cat in the room next to us.

The bed was comfortable and they have an indoor pool.
Front desk person rude and short. There weee holes everywhere and people were in and out all night, some just standing in the hallway in front of the door chatting.

We were okay initially, but then the rm was very humid and muggy. We decided to go to the pool and relax. The pool and spa needed to be drained and power washed. Then we sa our first cockroach. We went back to our rm and then sa our second cockroach. After that, we asked for a refund. The staff was very nice and offered a different rm, which we did look at, and it seemed better. The AC worked, so not as muggy feeling, but by then, we were done. They gave us a full refund and were very nice and apologized. Unfortunately we had to walk down to a hotel farther down the road with all our luggage. overall they needed to fix and clean everything way better.

I should have read the reviews before booking this place. The room was so gross and as soon as you walked in the smell of mold and mildew hit you in your face. The a/c unit sounded like it was going to explode. And the bed and pillows were so old and lumpy and the pillows flat. We didn’t get any sleep and left as soon as we could. I would never stay there again. Also read reviews before booking.

Good price and close to the airport when we were stranded.
The guy at the front desk was by himself taking care of many stranded people so no one could help him answer the phone when it was ringing off the hook.

Rooms were stuffy, humid, and smelled like weed. Windows opened directly onto a sidewalk and weren't locked when we checked. Shower was cracked poorly patched and smelled when first turned on.

good location, had early flight and the parking spot was next door
the bed was hard and the pillows was baby pillows, room was nice and clean but sleeping was very uncomfortable

Pretty standard hotel for its price range. Clean, good bathroom with good hot water and pressure, nice toiletries, good towels. Good heating, a/c. Clean, no bugs. Coffee/tea available at all times in lobby. Staff is what makes this place worth booking. Night person - Jolie if I remember correctly - helped me move my many pieces of luggage without my asking for help, and the morning desk person was very responsive to my need for extra time because of a medical emergency.
Room has TV but no remote to operate it with! Desk clerk couldn't find one either. One other reviewer noted this, so apparently manager doesn't read reviews, or doesn't care. My room was on the first floor near the lobby. Was kept awake during early hours (3, 4 a.m.) by staff talking in lobby. Thin walls to begin with, plus sound travels across uncarpeted lobby,
Would be nice to have a small fridge, microwave, especially given room price.

I called at 2:00 am and was able to get a room. I thank the staff for that. I was worried I would not get a room after the flight at the airport was cancelled.

the staff were pleasant
i was put in room 114 which had an enormous air conditioning system that made a big noise all night. it meant i could not sleep.
i specifically said i wanted a great room as i had just flown from australia and needed sleep. the day manager said he would talk to the overall manager re a refund but have not heard or seen anything. ccould one be given as the room was the worst possible to be given. thanks tom

Room was very clean
Room was very small and did not have a bathtub but rather only had a small standup shower. The bathroom door was of the cheap sliding type which did not feel very private at all.

The indoor pool and hot tub was awesome for us and our 7 year old. We had to leave early before breakfast with the airport shuttle included in our stay….but the restaurant on site had some great American snack food (burgers, wings, salads with ranch) at a very reasonable price. The value exceeded the price
