The location was good, room cleaning was ok! There's free parking place, it helps a lot for people that have rented a car. Really close to the airport.

Breakfast is not good... Wi-fi conection is a shame... we must go to the entrance in order to get good wifi connection. I think for this is not worthy the price.

Nothing was awful bathroom even had a bunch of mold in it. Hotel cleaning staff is awful acts like your stupid for letting them know the room is not clean and front counter acts like they have no idea what your talking about when explaining anything

It was the most awful experience I've ever had at a hotel by Wyndham! I love 3 hours away from iviring and it was a concert/comicon weekend when we first got there at 320 20 minutes after check in which meant rooms should have been cleaned we spent until 515 trying to get situated in our rooms because the first room 114 that my mother in law and aunt in law was put it had trash just sitting in between the beds the beds weren't even made there weren't anything towels inside the bathroom so we have to go back to the front desk he takes us to room 347 for them says it's guaranteed to be clea... There was blood on the wall pubic hair in the bath tub beard shavings in the sink but the beds were made and there were towels so they got ready for the concert we got put in our jetted tub room 143-145 it took up 2 rooms the tub was not cleaned out there was blood on the walls the bed was made however sheets were not changed there was red food particles on the top sheet/blanket floor wasn't even swept the she covering the box spring looked like it had food and baby poop on it it was changed out either. We go to the front desk he gets maintenance they act like nothing is wrong with it he says maintenance will be back in 5 minute with bedding to change the bed....

The location was very convenient for my work. The room was clean. The room temperature was easy to maintain. I liked the TV size. It was fairly quiet.

The bed was a bit too soft for my liking, but it was clean & comfortable. The shower needs to be looked at because the water temperature would not stabilize. You set it to a temperature & it would vary on its own from cold to hot beyond the set temperature. I never saw that my room was serviced (bed made, towels replaced, etc.), but there was a smoke smell in my room when I entered which I took as someone was smoking in the room or one of the connecting rooms. My room was supposed to be non smoking.

The bed was comfortable.

This was the most dingy, dirty, disgusting motel! The hallways and outdoor walkways were dark, filthy and needed a power wash! The staff was not friendly. The bathroom wasn't too bad other than a smear of something on the bathroom door. The non-smoking room smelled of cigarette smoke. The breakfast was a to-go bag with poptarts. We declined it.

Bed was decently comfy, a little worn out. Staff was fairly friendly, enjoyed the Indian cuisine in the lobby restaurant.

The lobby women’s restroom was completely out of TP and trash was overflowing. There was no hand soap provided in our room. The airport shuttle information was incorrect. We woke up at 1:30am to take the 2:05am shuttle, and when we checked out, the shuttle drivers were on a 45 minute break and weren’t to depart until 2:50am which is not what they told us at check in or what was on the shuttle schedule. Also, both shuttles we took from and to the airport had maintenance lights on that need to be attended to.

airport shuttle service also serves OTHER hotels. so your 11minute ride the airport becomes a 30 minute ride. Staff MUST make this clear to guests when they are booking the airport shuttle.

The free shuttle at the airport was kept waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes after contacting. In addition, breakfast was only two snacks.

Shuttle Bus to airport is not good

I had to weight the bus an hour and called many time to days inn. Front desk no answer called again so many time
