Well maintained, comfortable, quiet This was an unexpected stop in Dallas due to a delayed flight. We were appreciative of the staff accommodating us on short notice and we were able to take the airport shuttle the next day. Thank you!

The place was a bit run down, but for an airport hotel it was comfortable

The dirty towels that was replaced on the rack to dry your hands and face; fridge never got cold so I couldn’t drink the wine I’d bought so I had to bring my food down to the lobby for them to refrigerate; the breakfast was horrible. all they had was pork sausage patties and eggs for hot breakfast. all the money they make, wow!; my booking showed me a room a jacuzzi bathe tub of when I got there I didn’t complain. I was too tired from the long trip.

Easy check-in, friendly staff, very confortable beds and pillows, super breakfast that was included in the stay. Very convenient 24-hour airport shuttle services. Probably the best experience we had in Dallas.

There is wear and tear but not so much that it made me not want to stay. it's excepted for a lower rate motel by the airport. The good thing about it is it's in an industrial area with many other hotels so you kind of feel like your off the grid

Nothing! Shuttle never showed up at airport. Breakfast was cold. Toaster didn't work. Just a bad place to stay. Do not get this hotel with the Comfort Suites in Grapevine. That one is nice. This is a run down place!

All was bad! Dirty carpet. Hallways worn and dirty. Cold eggs. Broken toaster. Shuttle never showed up. Used Lyft after waiting 2 hours at the airport. This place needs help!

I did not like anything about this hotel.

The hotel It is not well maintained and does not meet the Comfort Suites standards. We had to wait 10 minutes to be checked in. No one was at the desk. The check in process was shoddy. The room smelled moldy and was not clean. The air-conditioning unit leaked and the rug was wet. It offered a shuttle service to the airport, which was filthy.

Shuttle pickup at airport took a long time and had to call to request it. Then we circled the airport many times looking for other people to pick up. Frustrating after a long travel day.

The mattress was pleasantly a surprise, it was very soft and just firm enough. For an old Geezer, I actually like a very soft bed. I was there just to rest, relax and sleep.
