2 years ago - definitely a 10.. but the rooms are getting older and they smell quit bad. It needs some improvements until it will be a 10 again - for us.

Nice location - secure area, 15 min walk to the beach and to the grocery. Private parking (free if you book room at least for two days). We had our own house there (not just room), so it was perfect place to stay with all you need there. Breakfast was tasty; you can choose one of several options (eggs, pancakes etc) and staff will cook it just for you, so it will be fresh and warm. We had breakfast outside, at the small garden - it was nice, but you also can seat indoors - it’s up to you. You also have drinking water in the room (you’ll love this option at summer) and you can ask staff to bring more if need.

the front desk woman (maybe mid 40s) was the rudest hotel staff I’ve ever had to deal with. She made it seem like such a burden any time we had a question. She put us in a room that was completely different from the one we booked online and on top of that she tried to TELL ME that my broken tv is working. Finally after 20 mins she comes to the room to try to fix it. ALSO ONE OF THE FIRST THINGS THAT COMES OUT OF HER MOUTH AS SHES CHECKING US IN WAS “YOU KNOW YOU CANT SMOKE IN THE ROOM” . After I just booked a non smoking room. The way she said it also really offended my husband .

The front desk woman was the rudest staff member I’ve dealt with anymore in a hotel setting. Felt like we wasted our money. The pictures were misleading as well. No hot tub

We had a wonderful stay. The B&B is so relaxing, our room was spacious and the beds very comfortable.

Charlie, our host was AMAZING!!! After hours check in process was sooo easy! They were so communicative and told us exactly how to get in. The room itself was so nice and comfortable. Soft double beds, soft robes and basic amenities. When we woke up, Charlie was there to greet us and made a delicious breakfast. Everyone was made to order and served in the most hospitable way. We really enjoyed the serenity of the outside patio and the beautiful weather and other families. It was a really enjoyable experience and Charlie provided A+++ service.

Staff had amazing customer service. Ensured we understood late night check in with pictures and detailed explanations. Custom made breakfast was great! Quick walk to Ocean Drive also.

A room without windows; a breakfast that consisted only of a fried egg or scrambled eggs with a toast are certainly not worth the almost 600,00€ for two days. Too bad, but this accommodation never again.

B&B feels more private and smaller than larger hotels located in an residential area of Miami Beach. The service was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and a selection of warm meals is provided.

Room was relatively small. The WI-FI was not reliable and the connection broke of frequently.

The staff were friendly and helpful, great location, the bed was very comfortable as well.

I liked how hospitable the staff was and the « homey » feeling that B&B had. The location was nice because it was walking distance to the beach. But it was more like a 20min walk to the beach. They also take lots of safety measures.

I didn’t like that the rooms didn’t have storing spaces like dressers drawers or closets. I also didn’t like that they didn’t have a daily cleaning staff. Also the beach towel we got looked old and stained. And they were only able to give us one.

The hotel location is very nice safe calm the room views is beautiful was very clean. everything is beautiful and keep well in the room with t a little refrigerator the guy name Charlie is friendly nice make fresh every days delicious breakfast ( thank you Charlie) him is great person the hotel and another very nice person's work there give me the bottle of champagne for my birthday Christmas day Is very good hotel I recommend 😀
