the people were really nice the room was clean and comfortable and the location was nice close to highway and not far from stores gas stations and restaurants

1. Very primitive receptionist. 2. Very dirty unclean bathrooms, mucus on walls in bathroom, very unhealthy 3. Unwelcome essence smells, very bad.

The staff members were very friendly and the location was directly across the street from Godfather's Pizza and a Country Market, making getting food and snacks easy.

There was no bath/shower mat, so I had to use the second towel. The laundry was not in a 24-hour accessible location and the door was locked until the following morning at 7am, so I had to leave my laundry in the machine until the following morning.

The value in the location

I feel they need to invest more in their linen and towels because they're not the cleanest I understand that they have several guest. But once the tiles get several spots and engineers in them they should throw them away as well as the linen stains make you feel like you're laying in someone else's germs

Front desk was rude and hateful cussing and spitting on guest.

Whn I fell from the shower

Affordable and Friendly staff. You can tell they are working hard to fix and clean the hotel up. Staff were exceptional they go above and beyond to make sure you are comfortable and happy 😊

The only complaints is housekeeping need to be more thorough with cleaning old wash cloth was hanging on shower from previous guests. The bed was horrible to like sleeping on a pull out sofa.

The room was clean and as expected for the price. There are efficient laundry facilities.

The night clerk was rather rude and lacks customer service skills. The younger staff member present appeared helpful and kind though.
