I had. Horrible experience at this hotel..for two hours I couldn’t get into my room because they sent me the wrong code and then nobody answered the messages for hours. Me and my cousin had to break the linens down from one bed because the 2nd didn’t have linen and it’s a 50 dollar charge for it. Talking bout u booked for two people 🙄🙄 but we were 2 people who aren’t sleeping together…they tried to charge me 50$ for a elevator key that was left there and the room wasn’t 100% clean. Yo too it off the parking guy stole 50$ from me

I didn’t have breakfast there and the location was great.

I did not like the room, it was not up to date it had horrible wear and tear in the furniture. The couch cushions were torn really bad and everything was old and outdated, I only enjoyed being outside on the rooftop and sitting on the bed because the furniture was very torn and uncomfortable. The room was narrow and had lots of bulky furniture so it didn’t really make sense to put in such a narrow room.

The location was good. There were several good restaurants and stores in the area. I was not satisfied by the hotel at all. This place was rented out by a third party and no hotel services are available when you use this room.

The hot tub did not work. The tv was not a smart tv and only had limited channels. There was an additional charge of $50 for linen for the sofa bed and when that price was questioned I was told this was a fee for a third person, I explained there was no third person, only me and my son and we did not want to sleep together, I was still told I would be charged the daily $50 charge. The hotel staff or services are not available to anyone using the penthouse, a third party is responsible and they have to be contacted directly for any needs, questions, or concerns.

location was amazing, right on ocean drive! walk everywhere- rooms are sound proof so when it’s time to rest you can even when busy Miami is still awake.

I like the location and everything was close to each other like South Beach and the Restaurants.

There was a very strange smell in the Hallway like it smell like poop. I definitely paid more than I should have.
