Didn't get room cause booking over booked us so we had to sleep in our vehicle for the night

The kitchen just too small to pull out couch bed is Lumpy the stove barely worked two eyes didn't work at all the toilet is for a baby too low to the floor. It's nothing to do in the whole building they got a bar that hasn't been open in 2 years the exercise room wasn't open everything was closed

The parking garage was to small and the wifi did not work properly

The beach access was easy and the pool was great. The apartment was great once we figured out which room we were going to and how to finally get into the room!

The TV did not work, we could turn them on but we couldn't watch nothing on them.

The customer service team was extremely friendly and helpful. They answered all questions and concerns.

The room was old and outdated . Furniture was scratched, carpet and couch had stains, although the room overall was clean. The maintenance worker came up to fix the kitchen sink for lack of pressure that must have been called in by the last occupant. He looked at it, but said he would fix it after our stay? What not fix it for us? I also let him know the bedroom closet door was off the tracks. He looked at it, but again said they would fix it after our stay? We had a million dollar view which was nice, but wish the condo would have been in better shape

I loved the fact that I could go on the balcony and view the ocean

my tv in my room did not work and no one could fix it before we left and they claimed they would give me 35 dollars of my money back but they have been giving me the run around about doing so even though I received an email stating that they would be issuing that refund for me

Only 1 television halfway worked and no one ever came to check even after i called
