Our family of 4 thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Very clean facility, quiet, customer friendly, and lots to do onsite. Reservation, check in and check out were super easy and smooth. The weather wasn’t great while we were there so we enjoyed the game room and the availability of the movie room that played complimentary movies, these were just a few of the many amenities they had. The only ding was that at the time of booking, we requested 2 queen beds in the second room, as instructed to do on the booking site. Due to our kids being young adults, it would have been more comfortable for them. Instead they had one queen and a sleeper sofa which wasn’t ideal. Regardless, our overall stay was fantastic and we will definitely stay again. We have shared how good our experience was with friends and family for their next visit to the area.

The ability to rent condos side by side allowed for plenty of space. We will stay again.

Nice room, easy check in. There were no sheets for the hide-a-bed, but they quickly brought some to us. Our family had a great time.

We chose to take our kids to branson to see christmas lights in silver dollar city. We stayed at the marriot willow ridge with 4 adults and 2 kids (3 and 5 years old). There was plenty of space for 6 of us. I noticed multiple reviews complained that they got the wrong bed. I made sure to note that we wanted 2 queens in the reservation and it worked out fine for us. There were plenty of towels for showers and the pool. The beds were comfortable. The indoor pool was a huge hit for the family. It was clean and even better than pictures showed. The whole family enjoyed the pool over silver dollar city. We will definitely be going back in the summer because the outdoor pools looked even better! My other concern going into this stay was concerns of it being a time share (I'm notoriously bad at saying no to things). There was not a single event where it was even mentioned. We checked in and that was it. Check out was over the phone and very simple. My only complaint is that I didn't feel like the floors were very clean inside the condo. The tile just felt kind of grimy. Honestly, Im super grossed out by floors in most vacation rentals though, so it’s probably just me. The other adults in our group thought it was fine. Overall, id recommend staying here! It was a great value, and a very enjoyable stay.

First trip to Branson!! Didn’t really know what to do or where to stay. This place was very centrally located to all the activities we planned. Room was clean and well stocked. We didn’t use the kitchen, we ate out mostly but had a full kitchen for use. Would definitely stay here again!

We were super impressed with this property! Our villa was very clean, spacious, well equipped, and beautiful. The location was ideal as well! Also, the staff on site were all so so friendly! Our family also really enjoyed the air hockey/foosball/and ping pong at the clubhouse! The pool and hot tub were great too! Our stay was a 10/10 for sure!

This is a wonderful resort in both amenities and location. There were plenty of activites and social hours in which to participate. The location was extremely convenient to all things Branson. It was also very quiet. The bed was comfortable and the linen superb as were the towels. The kitchen was fully stocked. There were a few maintenance issues, that were not attended to in a timely manner, nothing major. Some of the desk staff were new, so some of their info was not correct. I suggest your orientation process include the property layout to instruct guests how to get around to various locations without driving (such as pool and fire pit). All in all, it was a pleasant stay and I intend to return soon!

Clean property with a lot of space. Centrally located in Branson. We were impressed by the full schedule of onsite activities everyday (some free and others for. Small charge) you could stay on site and have a great time even without other plans.

Room was more like an apartment. So much space! The pool and game room are so fun!! I wish we could have stayed longer.

Everything was great, but we were give. A room right at the elevator lobby, so it was really noisy.

The place was amazing and so was the staff. There was plenty to do on property and there was always an event happening in which we could attend. It was also so nice to be in a hotel atmosphere with all of the consciences of being at home with a full kitchen and a dining table to play games.

We were very happy about our stay except for the fact that the tile floors were filthy. Our white socks were black after just a few minutes of walking on them. We spoke with the front desk and they took care of the problem quickly. They had someone at our unit shortly and cleaned the tile floors very well. Should have been done well before we arrived.

I had set up in October for a family trip the first of December. My father in law went into the 15th of November. We were with him in the hospital until he died on the 21st. Which was Thanksgiving week. I emailed the hosts about moving the trip to the week of the 9th. When we had the time to get with the funeral home and schedule his funeral the same week we were to be gone. I was told that I didn't buy the insurance and I was out of my 14 day window to receive any refund or change the trip. I called vacation simplified and told them they were extremely nice on the phone and said someone would call. They never did, I called a few days later same thing. Then I tried again to contact host with no reply other than you should have purchased insurance. I said I would have been there if he hadn't passed away. Called vrbo with the same response. I have booked many trips through VRBO and I was extremely disappointed they didn't give us any type of help with this situation.

We have stayed here multiple times and it never disappoints! The accommodations are always clean and the location is great. It’s quick and easy to get to almost everything. We love the activities Willow Ridge puts on too. This time we had breakfast with Buddy the Elf! Thanks for another great stay!

Stayed here for a few days a couple weeks before Thanksgiving and had the whole place to ourselves. It was really great. Big indoor pool and hot tub, pickle ball, basketball, whiffle ball, shuffle board, ping pong, and the list goes on. Will return!

We had a blast!! The rooms were very spacious and extremely clean!! The staff were very nice!! Overall it was a great experience!! I’d highly recommend staying here in the future!!!

We were only there for 1 night. it was nice and convenient. I was very disappointed that the rooms when i made the reservation were not as described. The room was suppose to have 2 queen beds and the other room was 1 king bed, But instead i got 2 king beds. I have adult children so it made it a bit of a inconvenience for everyone.

Good location, comfortable beds, large tv in living room, tvs in both bedrooms. Even though there was a coffee maker, I wish it had been K cup maker. One of the bedrooms needed a ceiling fan. I would recommend it to someone else.
