Food was terrible, first time I ever rented a room with no towels, could not check in early, which was a huge inconvenience

the buffet breakfast , was good, the staff in the restaurant was fantastic, front desk not so friendly. everyone else pretty friendly.the manager Andrea, was quite pleasant also. and the grounds staff was good also. all round good for the ney, been there twice and returning hopefully in January 2024.
front staff weren't friendly at all, it felt we where bothering them, with huff and puffs, wasn't pleasant. MAIN THING IS NO ONE SPOKE ENGLISH, CANADA STAY AWAY

The photos on booking were all a lie. I paid upper prices than normal rooms only to find out they are all suites. I paid for a junoir ambassador suite. With a hottub in it and rooftop pool all were lies. We got a standard room with nothing. Fake advertisement. Fake. Booking.com Shamr on you .

There were some small cockroaches in the bathroom, but they took care of it immediately.

the incompetent reception staff 30mins for check-in and 15 minutes for check out because they had to check if you have consumed sth from the mint bar

The staff was amazing and was very helpful. They do keep the facility clean. The food from the restaurant waa good and would recommend the palitos de queso with rhe berry sauce.
The facilities are older but they do keep them clean. If you want quietness and rest then where the hotel is located is perfect but if you want to be in walking distance of restaurants and bars then this isn't the place foe you.

Nice pool, rooms were spacious.
It was a bit of a hike to anywhere. This meant it was a quieter street but some noisy occupants in the night.

it was very clean, the bed was very confortable, and the service 10/10 specially Juan, Alexander and Jonathan they rock!

The breakfast was good, it had different types of food, the wifi has a very good connection, the staff is very kind
i didnt see to much plugs to charge your electronic devices, the plug in the desk doesnt works.
