The place was really clean! Very comfortable and in a great location. We really enjoyed our stay

This property was just beautiful and plenty of room for a mini family reunion for 6 of us. The balcony view was so gorgeous and we sat out there several times taking in the view and enjoying the company. We found parking for a third car right next door and the overall location was quiet and relaxing. Separate bathrooms with each bedroom was very convenient and gave everyone plenty of privacy. We absolutely would stay here again!

Beautiful property, close to everything yet quiet. Condo was large & roomy. Didn’t feel closed in, even tho we had 5 adults & two teens. Only issue was that only 2 cars are allowed in the garage, other car had to park on the street. Would stay here again for sure!

We had stayed at this property several times in the past. The accommodations are great. The only and I mean only complaint is that parking spaces are very small and hard to accommodate a larger vehicle. Other than that it is a great property to stay in.

It was perfect for us having 4 couples all staying together each having their own bedroom and bathroom. The view was breathtaking watching the sunrise and enjoying the breeze at night from the balcony. We had the choice of cooking at the condo or eating out each night with the restaurants within 15 minutes of most locations. We will plan on using this condo in the future!!

This was a great place to stay!! We had the penthouse on 13th floor and the view was beautiful! The rooms were very spacious and clean! Would definite stay here again!!!

This unit was amazing! It was spacious. The Penthouse floor is secure with a special passcode. We had the entire floor to ourselves since the other units were empty. The updates were great in the unit. The indoor pool area is usually a place we don’t frequent but we loved this one. They had the windows out so you got a nice breeze in there. We only have one small issue and that is the parking. The spots are very narrow. My mid size SUV barely fit in the spot. Just don’t plan on taking a large vehicle.

The place made our Vacation perfect with little ones and family.

I absolutely loved the condo/Penthouse we stayed in. Everything was so nice and comfortable. I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. The view was amazing from the balcony. There was one thing inside the condo that I disagree with. It said that it was equipped with a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and two full bedrooms. I have to disagree on what is supposed to be a queen bedroom, in my opinion that bed is not a queen it was another full bed. Now for the parking situation. Oh my goodness where do I start. It’s horrific. If you drive a compact vehicle you will be fine. But, if you drive anything larger like an SUV, you’re going to have trouble. Lucky for us the parking lot overseer was super nice and helped us immensely. The condo/penthouse house itself is a wonderful place to stay and I would recommend it to anyone.

Nice property with lots of room for families that need 4 bedrooms.

This penthouse condo was fabulous. The fact that each bedroom had a bathroom was a plus. The beach was awesome. The only downfall is that one of the bedrooms could use a dresser for storage and all bedroom could have used more hangers.

Wonderful Penthouse with enough space for 3 families. Great location on quiet section of beach short drive to everything you could want to do. Ocean Blue’s 2 pools and lazy river provided plenty of fun for the non beach days! Love this property!!!!

We loved this place! It was beautifully decorated- felt so warm and homey. Amazing ocean view from balcony; we liked that you could also see the pool from balcony. Enjoyed spending time at the pool, hot tub, lazy river and of course the ocean which was right outside our door. Neither beach nor pool was ever too crowded (and we were there July 4th week!) The only criticisms I could give are that we all had at least one cold shower before we realized that the H/C labels on all the shower faucets are not accurate (we could only get hot water if we jiggled it around and found the sweet spot right in the middle.) Also, I would recommend bringing your own pillow as pretty much everyone in our group complained that the pillows were too hard (not me- I always bring my own pillow :) We were also unhappy with the towels- they were very small and thin- and only 1 kitchen towel and 1 kitchen rag were provided for the week. Would expect better than this from the penthouse suite. Only other complaint is that kitchen supplies were very limited- missing some essentials like measuring spoons and serving bowls. Although there were a few minor issues, overall this place is wonderful and we would definitely return!

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Blue. It was a family trip and we had plenty of room for our families. The condo was clean and decorated beautifully with gorgeous views of the Alantic. The kids stayed busy with the indoor and outdoor pools along with the lazy river and hot tub. Elevator ran pretty fast and we never waited long. Our only complaint is the parking. Each unit is only allowed 2 parking passes. We knew this upon arrival and used visitor parking to unload and wait on the remaining family members to arrive. One of the men came up the elevator pounding on our door yelling and being extremely rude. We all moved our cars and I called to make Sandy aware of the situation. He later apologized, only to continuously harrass our party the remaining time during our trip. The property is beautiful, but the "maintenance " man is rude and made us very uncomfortable.

The condo was very nice. Looked just like photos. I liked the super easy check in process. Didnt have to stop at a desk. This property is very nice. Very quiet. Beach not crowded. Parking very difficult. Overall. Very pleased!

This was our annual girls trip that was rescheduled due to the hurricane in SC last September. Totally, worst the wait. The Ocean Blue Penthouse 2 was everything we had hoped for. There were no surprises, such as the actually accommodations being different from the online pictures. Everything was clean, plenty, plenty of room, near restaurants & attractions. DEFINITELY WILL RETURN.

We had a group of 6 adults stay for 4 nights at the Ocean Blue Penthouse. The location was perfect (very close walk to the conference center at Crown Reef where we were at an event). The view from the balcony is perfect and serene. We enjoyed the fire-red gorgeous sunrise every morning, complete with porpoises and seagulls. The condo is updated and decorated very nicely. The beds are comfortable. Each bedroom has a private bathroom which was very handy for 6 adults. We had one couple and 4 single adults. All beds are full/queen/king size and big enough for adults. The bedrooms are quiet and private. The kitchen had basic amenities. The living area, table and kitchen are all nice and clean and great for the group to have some shared space. We used the beachfront access and spent time outside by the pool. One person in our group used the lazy river and said it was very nice. We drove down in a huge SUV. The assigned parking spot was very small/tight for our vehicle. The property manager Jack was incredibly kind. He allowed us to park in visitor parking. The two front bedrooms have balcony access. We slept with the door open and listened to the ocean - dreamy. If you rent here, be sure to bring your own toiletries and some extra TP, paper towels and dish soap. My only feedback for the property would be to add onsite recycling. We walked our recycling to the containers on the beach. Its a shame for all of that to go in the trash! Overall, great place for a large group! thank you.

The fact that we had to provide our own toilet paper, etc is kind of ridiculous. We also did not have 12 towels for a unit that accommodates 12. Luckily, we brought our own laundry soap to wash our towels. Otherwise, very clean unit.

The place was immaculate and the complex had everything we needed. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked any questions. The condo was beautiful! The pool was so refreshing and clean.

We had our full family stay in this property and didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. This section of the beach wasn’t overly busy or loud. The view from the Penthouse was great.

Clean, better than pictured, great rental

Our family loves to be at the beach. When we found Ocean Blue and accommodations that were just right for us, we were anticipating a great vacation. Overall we did have a great time! Just a couple inconveniences that we had to deal with: the first night upon arrival, the central air conditioning was not producing cold enough air for our crew! After reporting, maintenance inspection, and determination of the replacements needed, we did suffer two nights and two days that were not very pleasant when we were in the condo! The other disappointment was the overcast weather. Not exactly ideal for a beach vacation with a great bird's eye view from the condo balcony!

Our family enjoyed staying at the property. The furnishings and amentities were nice, but not "penthouse" quality. The condo was in a good location. It was close to grocery stores, shopping and Broadway at the Beach. A few cons is not having maid service for an entire week, having to remember several door codes to get in the building and in the condo, paying to park next door or on the street if you have more than two vehicles. I would also recommend the owner put a larger tv in the common area, ceiling fans in the bed rooms and black out curtains or lined curtains in the bedrooms.

This place is so worth the drive. It was amazing! The views are awesome and the condo was so well taken care of.

The place is clean, and you can tell the owners take pride in their vacility. I just hope it stays nice. My experience is I will stay somewhere like this and its great but when I come back the place has gone down. So hopefully this place can keep it clean and beautiful. Ocean view is spectacular. Rooms are spacious. The master bedrooms bathroom is huge. My family and I are already making plans to return next year.
