お風呂が男女入れ替えがなかったので 残念でした😢

位置很好，早晚餐不錯。

1) 某些規定不合理，由於要出門拍日出照片，員工表示不能在6時前開門。這是多年在日本旅遊，住過大大小小無數酒店的經驗都是未有過的。後來在一番爭取下，有一名資深員工私底下為我們解決了，就是利用後門讓我們出去，但這不是正途的辦法。以往很多酒店都是在前一晚獲通知後，專門為我們開大門。2) WIFI甚差，第一晚簡直完全不能用，這是不能原諒的，在向酒店多番要求後，得到的回應是多個職員都在用，以證明沒有問題，他們不知道WIFI不足應減少用量才可改善，反而讓職員占用了流量，顧客卻得不到應有的設施。雖然後來在向BOOKING.COM請求協助後，第二天得到改善，但仍然覺得這不是一間酒店應有的待客之道。

excellent place stay and have holiday! views was great, style of the hotel was traditional Japanese, wich i really like! Also dinner was super nice! Highly recommended to try it!

the shower was old style, warm water and cold water and choosing right temperature was really sensitive.

Great service, very clean room, tasty food. Room was spacious enough for two persons. Amazing view of the turning bridge which I loved!! Located at the centre of Amanohashidate, not too far away from the train station, offer free parking if you are driving. So value for money, we will be back.

The public onsen bath was small.. we were not staying here for onsen experience though.

Amazing location, right by the turning bridge, the room with a water view and the bridge, comfortable twin beds (was traveling with my son), nice Uchiyu hot bath, very nice stuff paying attention to details and the dinner and breakfast we included in our reservation were both excellent (ingredients, freshness, presentation and taste)! I’d definitely recommend this place!

Nothing-the parking a few minutes walk but it’s understandable due to the central location and the history of Ryokan.

Very kind staff. Location is close to a beautiful temple and the entrance of the attraction (rotational bridge). it was very lucky that we got a room with two windows which are facing the river and the bridge.

I went together with my wife. Men’s onsen has both indoor and outdoor onsen, women’s has indoor only. Other than that, everything is good. Both are very clean and nicely set up.

Knockout location right by the bridge to the sandspit. Short walk from the station. Very welcoming staff. Good food.
