Fantastic flat, beautifully decorated in a perfect location. Pictures don’t do it justice. Communication was outstanding and the flat was well appointed and incredibly welcoming. We hope to be back!!!

This was a wonderful property for our home base in Edinburgh for our daughter's wedding. It provided all of the comforts of home and allowed us a relaxing place to prepare for the big day. The home is spotlessly clean, well maintained and absolutely beautiful. We enjoyed everything about the stay.

Very pleased with the house, position and welcome. Prompt fix of WiFi after we arrived. No other problems with facilities. As far as I remember there was no mention of the flights of stairs to the house online. This was the only problem especially with our luggage up and down. Thai restaurant below can be recommended.

This townhome is absolutely gorgeous. The hosts were equally amazing. HIGHLY recommend.

We had a family group of 9 and this was the perfect place. Agnes was very accommodating when the first to arrive had a flight delay. The property was comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was wonderful with a short walk to Rose and Princes Streets with the airport/Newhaven tram just on Princes St. There are 5 flights of stairs to get up to the flat, then 2 flights within. I needed to contact Agnes with a couple of questions and she was very quick to respond. We were there to bring my moms ashes back to Edinburgh per her wishes and it worked out perfectly. I would definitely recommend this property for a group.

What a fantastic place to stay! This house is stunning - right in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town. It was perfect for our extended family of nine. Beautifully appointed with high end finishes and wonderful touches. Plenty of room for everyone and a spacious family living space for gathering (aka cocktail hour). We loved the Nespresso coffee maker and coffee. The host truly made our stay exceptional with easy check-in and check-out instructions and outstanding communication before and during our stay. The property is within walking distance of everything you will want to do and see in the city. If you stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Everything was great. Communication with the owners was easy. They provided a lot of suggestions regarding the surrounding area. Checking in was easy. The house was spotless and exactly as portrayed in the photos. If you have a decent sized group (we were a family of 9) and want to be close to everything in Edinburgh, look no further. This is the place.

Agnes’ property is perfectly located in New Town and all six of the people in our party had a fantastic stay. The living room was cozy and inviting, the beds were all comfortable and it was so nice that each of us had our own bathroom. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again in the future!

To say that this property is fabulous may be an understatement …. It is off the charts! So spacious, wonderful amenities, top notch location, lovely host, it really checked all of the boxes. We absolutely fell in love with Edinburgh and can’t wait to come back and stay in this property again.

Absolutely fantastic house for our wedding week in Edinburgh. Everything was thought of and more and the people we ealt with were all charming and efficient.

Our family of 10 met in EDI for my daughter’s wedding. 6 from the US, 2 from Germany and 2 from Sweden. We all were immediately impressed with the architecture, furnishing, fabulously comfortable beds and elegance of this flat. The flat is well stocked with everything you need and those extra luxurious touches that make you feel appreciated and well cared for when away from home. The flat is very spacious and we were able to host brunch for 20 the day after the wedding. There are so many positive things to say about this flat…just book it and you will agree!

Absolutely beautiful property in an amazing location! Super helpful and accommodating owners who were easy to communicate with. It truly was a "home", with all the extra touches. Wonderful dishes, everything you need to cook with, a well-stocked kitchen with all the basics and more. And books galore, which we loved! We used all the fireplaces and the piano (which could use some tuning, however). It was lovely!

We were looking for a property for our first family get together in over 12 months. This property did not disappoint. It gave us the opportunity to spend time together, to have immediate access to the wonderful city of Edinburgh and to revel in the beauty and luxuriousness of the apartment. It was a real treat.

Absolutely beautiful & magnificent place to stay in a perfect location. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, provided with many towels & thoughtful touches. It was brilliant, loads of social spaces. So happy to have found this gorgeous place to stay.

On arrival at the property Eve was there to let us in but unfortunately seemed to be in a desperate hurry to show us around. Though we kept explaining that some of our party were still coming up the stairs she just carried on and only one person got any information - and we did ask her to wait, several times. The kitchen cupboards are completely over-stocked with several items that you couldn't possibly need for a weeks stay! I counted about 8 vases. But not a lot of space for anything you bring with you. Before we came, we tried to obtain some information about what would be there already and what we would need to supply ourselves. We did a Tesco order for delivery- but had we have known we wouldn't have ordered milk, bread, butter, jam, marmalade, teabags. coffee. fruit and eggs as they were all there- annoying as we had asked for this reason. Some of the carpets in the bedrooms need a really good vacuum - we were finding hair of a colour no one in our party had! Having said all this, it is a great house and in a great location.

Wonderful

The property was absolutely wonderful. We enjoyed using the kitchen to make large family meals, they had everything you would want to prepare a meal. Everyone enjoyed having their own bathrooms and the beds were comfortable. Lastly, the location was central and great for walking around.

Family of eight travelling from various US cities met here for an extended family vaccation. We found this property was the perfect ticket with six bedrooms and bathrooms. The apartment is exceptionally well appointed, large, comfortable and the owner's special touches are particularly welcoming. The location is where you will want to be while visiting Edinburgh. The owner was very easy to work with and responsive. The listing and photos are accurate. The interior is beautiful. I just can't say enough good things about this apartment, its location and the very helpful owner. Staying here was, for my family, the perfect location. At the end of our days, we all looked forward to returning here (our home base)! Thank-you Frederika and Agnes for making our trip successful for the entire extended family. Absolutely the best all around !!!

Fantastic stay wonderful property.

We absolutely loved this house for a large family trip. We had 8 adults and 3 kids and everyone had their own space. We loved that most of the bedrooms were en suite. The hosts were so generous with lovely touches like fresh fruit/kitchen staples, all sorts of toiletries to use and fresh flowers throughout the house. The location is amazing - there are restaurants, cafes and shops on the same block and the Castle/Princes Street Garden are a very short walk.

This is a great property in the perfect location to enjoy and explore Edinburgh. Within a few block radius are amazing restaurants, cafes and transportation options, and a view of the castle is just outside the door. The property managers were very speedy to respond to any questions while on site and went above and beyond when I forgot my passport there! Each bedroom is grand in its own way, the kitchen is new and bright and the great room was perfect to relax for our group.
