The location is really bright and clean, the perfect home away from home. Staff is super helpful and friendly and service is great.

I love the rooms. They're spacious and the beds are comfortable. The neighboorhood seemed very quiet, so it was a pleasant stay. The staffs are really helpful and friendly. They responded to our request pretty swiftly. I really enjoyed the pool and the rooftop garden, as it was pretty tranquil during certain time of the day.

I did found one of my pillow case had holes on it? Seemed like they were bitten by mites. I didn't really have a problem with it, but other guests might raise a complaint. Please make note on that. I noticed that due to the pool being opened for views from the upper floor, it was a bit uncomfortable to swim in during certain hours. As during my stay, I did saw two male guests that chatted and stayed near the railings on the 2nd floor and they looked onto the pool while me and three of my friends (all females) were on the pool. We assumed that they took a picture of us, due to one of my friend noticing a blitz from them. It might be good if there are some security around that make sure that won't happen to other guests.

I can not use the gym properly due to need to be repaired

the cleaner didnt clean the room thoroughly. i found indomi seasonings under my bed, and it wasnt mine. i stayed for 2 night 3 days, and it was there the whole time

Not so crowded as compact service apartment , so I can enjoy Gym, Pool and Sauna. Staff performance is simple, pertinent and enough. Laundromat is very useful for long stay with free of charge and 24hrs open.

Location for shopping is not convenience. Location for eating is not convenience. Above is no problem if private car has. Also Grab and Gojek are avarable
