Hotel is right next to the kiteschool but could easily get a Tuktuk if you stayed somewhere else. Location is close to Sliders wakepark for those non windy days or if you are more into wakeboarding. The gardens are lovely and could stroll around them all day.

Honestly, I'm just extremely disappointed we booked this hotel as there were so many other choices. It really did dampen our trip, especially when we paid so much for it and only get to go away once a year. We weren't made to feel comfortable at all by staff, especially because we didn't buy all-inclusive, so be warned you may get the odd comments here and there. If you are a younger couple, young group of friends, this may not be the right place for you as the average age is at least 55+. To top off this poor stay, I paid an extortionate amount for dry cleaning for staff to go and loose an item of clothing, which they have since found but are refusing to cover the costs for shipping. All I got in response it to come and pick it up myself. Not satisfied at all.

Nice beachfront location, water sports' facilities (at extra cost) onsite. Fine selection of fish and seafood at the restaurant buffet. A welcome daily effort on behalf of the animation team.

The room furnishing is dated and could definitely use refreshing. Access to the main restaurant with non-smoking seating through heavy-smoking semi-enclosed areas.

the view is spectacular, the weather was good during my stay, and the place was relatively quiet in a good/calm way. at night, they have nice singers/shows. and the staff was so welcoming, helpful and polite.

The kitesurf spot is not worth the stay in this hotel ! It's very expensive (14€/person) to use the spot, even if you're a hotel resident. The launch area is small, and the staff is not friendly Definitely wouldn't go back, other spots are much better (Makani)

Great place ever, best food ever, very nice people service with smile. Day and nighr staff for music and activities great. Very reccomended. Would love and live to come back again!

Maybe some hobbycat or sailing and kayak free for customers would the greatest thing. I wanted to do windsurf i had to go next hotel to do. But not a problem, good place!

nice beach and good location

It was the final of the world cup, we asked to see the game on a large screen but the staff at the reception told us it was not possible. The semi finale was displayed a few days before where marocco was playing france but then he refuses to accomodate the france/argentina final. We finally found a place in the coffee area where the game was shown on the tv. Many guests came to see it and it was friendly evening. We did not appreciate the dismissive and unaccomating attitude of the person at the reception ( romarin maybe?) we felt he was purposely ensuring the game was not displYed because he was not supporting france.

I really enjoyed having the restaurant so close to the sea. The food was excellent! The kitesurf center is one of the best: the setting is really nice, people are so friendly, the rental equipment is very good, nice atmosphere, you make a lot of very nice friends. In summary: food and kite center is what I preferred there.

I personally didn't like the kind of music that was played at the swimming pool during the afternoon and the evening.
